Great House

The house was great and we really enjoyed the amenities of the neighborhood! Only complaint would be that the toilet downstairs would not work properly and also the breaker tripped and we had to fix it. Also the A/C was not working properly when we got there but the team was very quick and responsive to fix it. Other than those small issues we enjoyed our stay and loved the house.

The pros of this house is the great location. The square is steps away which makes it very convenient to dining and shopping. Cons were we weren’t given door code & had to get it from cleaners. Wristbands for beach weren’t activated living room lights didn’t work One bike didn’t work

Great location

Great location between Beach Club and Camp Watercolor and very walkable to Seaside. House is comfortable, parking was a little tight as the driveway is not deep enough for SUV’s. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful home …

… in a fantastic location. We recommend it highly and look forward to coming back! It is everything it says it is and then some. And Watercolors/Seaside are both beautiful, relaxing and offer lots to do.

We loved our stay!

This house was wonderful. Exactly as advertised, with quick access to downtown, Camp Watercolor or the Watercolor Beach Access. Property manager communicated perfectly, we never had any unanswered questions and they were quick to be available. We hope to stay here again.

Great little property

The house was perfect for us. Nice gathering spaces and a cozy enclosed wraparound patio that we used one evening while it was raining. Good location. Excellent communication via text/email from property mgmt company. Master bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house

Excellent host! The ice maker in the fridge/freezer appliance was not working or the iron. Scenic Stays had a counter top ice maker and new iron delivered to the house the very next day! Great location for accessing Seaside restaurants and Watercolor restaurants/beach. Loved all the amenities of Watercolor. The house was clean, comfortable beds/linens/pillows. Highly recommend!

Great house

The location is great and the house has wonderful spaces both indoor and porch space. The floors were dirty upon arrival and the bottoms of our feet were black from the floor. In addition, the guest house had a very musty smell.

Great Location!

Excellent location and spacious stay. Communication with property management was just OK. We requested an extra beach wristband and never received the wristband or a follow up message. The home could also use more kitchen ware (glasses/plates etc). But overall it was a great home and fit our needs of having multiple couples staying together. We would definitely book here again.

Lost watch

If you all found a ladies watch, I seem to have lost one. It’s a small citizens brand. Thank you. The house was very roomy and accommodating. We did have several roaches in the kitchen. Your company was very prompt at our requests and getting the children’s wristbands there.

Kitchen/supplies need attention

We had a great stay overall, but it’s time to invest some money in new cookware (the pots and pans are ready to be thrown out), the coffee pot lid is broken, the dishwasher dry function does not appear to work, and the icemaker in the kitchen fridge doesn’t work. Additionally, I have never stayed at a VRBO that was so skimpy on supplies - toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning stuff, trash bags, laundry detergent should be supplied at this price point. Again, great stay, but attention is needed for these issues.

Relaxing trip

Even though it was very cold and occasionally stormy during our stay so we really didn’t get to enjoy a lot of the activities offered, we loved our stay at the house on Lake District! Easy 8 minute walk to shops and food. 12 minute walk or 3 minute drive to beach access. About a 1-2 minute walk to nature trails. We even saw deer a couple of times in the neighborhood! The house was clean and spacious. Only things I can say we could have used that the house didn’t have: - a few clothes hangers in the closets - a porch swing! Also, parking two larger vehicles in the parking spots in front the garage is a tight squeeze. I recommend just getting a parking pass to parallel park the second vehicle.

A few issues.

The house was in a great spot. When we got there the internet was down and a person was sent out to immediately help. When the issue could not be resolved a hot spot was brought out that never worked. Based upon this none of the TVs in the any of the bedrooms worked. Dishwasher never worked, so we were forced to hand clean dishes all weekend. I will say that staff was responsive and very helpful otherwise.

Amazing location, Spacious, Only minor complaints

This location was perfect for our group of 10 tennis ladies. Courts for Watercolor Tennis & 30A Tennis are practically in the backyard! And walking to Seaside square is super convenient and simple. There is a trail that leads from the backyard almost directly south to Seaside shops & restaurants. 4 bikes were included with the stay. Spacious living and dining areas, and huge porch that worked great for our group. Only complaints were that it needed more dishes, glasses & coffee cups for our large group, and the outlets to bathrooms weren't working when we arrived...the maintenance crew had to come reset them. Also, the cottage house above the garage had a musty odor, the blinds weren't working, and the pull-out couch in that room didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. Other than that, it truly was a wonderful place and we would stay there again!
