Cook your meals with a fully equipped kitchen or drive down the road to one of the many local restaurants. At the end of the day enjoy gazing at the stars with your own private campfire on the patio. Easily connect to the internet with a tap on the new wifi porter in the kitchen.

Guest have access to the house, outdoor shower, yard, dock, paddle boards, pontoon paddle board, and green kid kayaks.

The owners and host live near by and are available for emergencies .

This property is minutes from a hospital, grocery store, beach access, and a neighborhood park with tennis courts. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood with friendly locals who live in Florida year-round.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by car.

For guests who want to bring a boat - there is an additional $200 boat fee, 3 boats max. Proof of boat insurance is required.

If you are bringing a pet(s), email proof of flea/tick medicine. This is not debatable, our flea and tick season is longer in Florida and it protects your animals, other people’s animals as well as our home. ($200 per 1-2 dogs (40 lbs or less), additional fees may apply for more or bigger dogs). What kind of dogs are you bringing? No dogs on furniture and we ask that they are crated when left home alone. $300 fine for unreported pets.

Extended stays over 28 days require a bi-weekly cleaning of $150 and $600 deep clean upon check out as well as owner`s are able to come paddle board one or two times if convenient (you are not home) and weather is nice.

• No Use of Spray/Rub Self Tanner, Glitter or Hair dye
• Use black washcloths for makeup removal
• Do not leave minors home alone
• Damaged linens will be charged for replacement
• Be respectful and responsible renters
• Report anything that needs attention
• Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. People 21-24 will be considered upon approval with parental cosigner on rental agreement.

-Hurricane - If an evacuation is ordered you must leave and follow evacuation routes. If one is not ordered you are allowed to stay knowing that the host/owner will hurricane proof the house (bring all outside furniture and equipment) for hurricanes with a rating of 3 or higher.
