When the beach calls you, this home is the answer. With five bedrooms -- plus a bunk room 'hangout' for the kids -- this beach house is a great for gathering.
It is steps from the beach, as well as all the fun and fine dining along our area's iconic beach road, 30A. A recent renovation of the back and side yards maximize the outdoor space. The open floor plan draws friends and family together to enjoy good times. Plentiful private bedrooms guarantee down-time, as well.

This home currently provides streaming services only with Smart TV's and Roku's.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

No pets allowed.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Happy memories

We met up with family at this house, which has a great walking location to restaurants and two beach accesses. Wonderful outdoor area to hang out. Bedrooms are perfect for families with young children. A-plus communication with property managers. We will be back!
