Private Pool: The Heartbeat of Seagrove's private pool can be heated upon request between May 15th through October 1st for $50 a day. If heating of the pool is desired please notify us forty-eight (48) hours in advanced as to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature. The pool will be heated to a maximum of 80 degrees. This cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather. Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can led to the pool. This home is equipped with this state required alarm.

LSV/Golf Cart: 6-Seater Golf Cart provided to the Guest by a third-party vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. The Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.



Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.



Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two-night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.



Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:



Promotions may change, be cancelled, and dates may be blacked out at BeachWalk's sole discretion and without notice.

Cancellation of the reservation within a certain period prior to check-in may result in forfeiture of payment or a cancellation fee, depending on the timing of the request.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. Violating this policy will incur an additional $500 charge, plus the cost of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
