The Sandpiper is a blissful, mid century, modern meets old Florida style, two-story townhouse, located in Seagrove Beach – the heart and soul of 30A. The home has been entirely renovated & all furniture & amenities are new. The property is a 7 minute walk from County Beach access One Seagrove. It is walkable to many restaurants, but set in a tranquil treehouse-esque environment with 2 pools, new tennis courts & walking trails leading to a state park. All supplies and amenities are included.
