Villa Vistancia in Lo de Marcos, just 20 minutes North of Sayulita, is a newly constructed (2024) exquisite hilltop retreat. Located in a gated community this house boasts accommodation for up to 15 guests across 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms. Indulge in our resort-style amenities, including a heated infinity pool that overlooks the ocean and lush jungle.

Designed by award-winning Zozaya Architects and crafted to perfection by locally renowned architect and builder Estela Gayosso, this home exudes sophistication and warmth. Daily housekeeping is included, and an amazing local cook can be hired for dinners.

Four bedrooms feature king beds that can be effortlessly transformed into twin beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. The fifth bedroom is a cozy bunk room adorned with two queen beds and three lofted twin beds, making the house perfect for larger groups or families.
The top floor welcomes you with an open floor plan, seamlessly integrating a spacious kitchen complete with a walk-in pantry, stylish living area, and a dining space with a custom table that can comfortably seat 12-16.

Be captivated by the seamless indoor-outdoor flow, as sliding glass doors adorn the front and back, inviting in refreshing ocean breezes throughout the day.

Immerse yourself in the lush surroundings of our meticulously landscaped gardens, featuring vibrant native flora on both the top and bottom floors, adding a touch of tropical paradise to your stay. Soak in the incredible views of nearby Lo de Marcos, surrounding jungles, and the Pacific Ocean from the infinity pool. Wedding Weekend

Part of the wedding party stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. It was perfect for access to Hacienda Antigua. The property was beautiful with an amazing outdoor area. There were enough bedrooms for the wedding party. The living area was ideal for the bridal party to prepare for the wedding. We highly recommend this beautiful property!
