THE BEST possible views in santorini. We didn't feel the need to leave. Incredibly friendly staff specially Maria at front desk. Wonderful rooms and ideal location. Couldn't ask for more
My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 nights in one of the suites, the view was incredible and we had a hot tub in the room with open cut outs to look over to the volcano. It was my birthday while we were there and they helped have flowers delivered as a surprise which were beautiful - we went out for the day and came back to find a happy birthday message in petals on the bed. They added to the day making it that much more special. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Breakfast was brought each day to the room as the time of your choosing and was delicious and filling!
The room itself was so spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, as well as the hot tub there was also a double shower.
The main pool area was lovely although quite small with enough beds for about 6 couples however each room have their own sun lounge area outside so that was great. The location couldn’t have been more perfect- in between Fira and Oia which meant it was easy to get to both but wasn’t as loud or crowded and Imerovigli is very high up so the views were spectacular. Just expect to walk up and down a lot of steps!! (But that’s advice for everywhere in Santorini). We loved the stay from start to finish and just wish we could have stayed longer.
First, I have to say the views are fantastic. It is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, the staff was overwhelmingly helpful, we never did use the spa. We took advantage of the free breakfast every morning and it was absolutely fantastic and restaurants are close by in the area and were absolutely wonderful. Not a bad meal ever. Just a quick warning there’s a lot of steps up and down so you better be in pretty good shape. The hotel offered plenty of help with luggage up and down just provide them a small gratuity.

Great hotel. We booked a suite and it was ideal for two people. Area is great and hotel is situated beautifully
This hotel was perfectly located. Close to restaurants etc, with a magical view. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, highly recommend this hotel.
Great service from the time we got picked up from the airport until the time we left. Daily breakfast is a plus, esp the Freddo cappuccino. Walkable to restaurants and a 24 hour market where they serve hot foods to snacks- this was beneficial esp when dealing with jet lag. Quiet and safe area, which is a treat after visiting Oia or Fira. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Definitely recommend! The staff were very nice and helpful. They made our stay more enjoyable, comfortable, and overall a pleasant experience. The view from our room was spectacular. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Thank you!
I can't express how much we loved this hotel. The beautiful views, the exceptional service, and the inviting room made it difficult to leave. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
We loved every second of it. Our view was spectacular, service was top notch and food was great! we spent all day just staring at Caldera. Close to everything and only a 15-20 min walk to Fira. Would come here again and again!
We had one of the honeymoon suites, with a big living room with a high dome shaped ceiling and an indoor jacuzzi (without view, but more privacy). The bedroom is separate and leads to a cave-like bathroom. The terrace has a great Caldera 180° view and is shared with the neighbour suite. Staff was very helpful, the pool and the restaurant can be reached through some stairs.
Great 4 day stay at The Rocks Hotel celebrating a friends birthday. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The food (room service breakfast and poolside lunch) and drinks were delicious. The pool area is rather small and can be full if all guest are out enjoying it. The location is great, away from the busy Fira but close enough to walk there. Many restaurants near the hotel to choose from. Views from the hotel are amazing. Highly recommend staying here.
Excellent service. We stayed in the two bedroom suite with pool. Lots of room for the 3 of us. View was incredible. Our taxi driver called hotel and coordinated the pick up spot where they came to grab our bags. Lots of steps but that’s pretty normal for most hotels. I highly recommend this location. So relaxing but also close to restaurants and things to see and do.Staff helpful and food was really great. Best breakfast out of all the other properties during our trip.
We traveled 10 hours on a plane to what we thought was advertised as a luxury hotel, but our room at $500 a night for 6 nights was anything but luxurious. The hotel overbooked and gave our ‘Caldera Suite without a hot tub’ to someone else. Instead, we received a hazardously damp basement room unfit to occupy which reeked of mold and chlorine, with a huge dirty hot tub with sand in it from the previous tenants, and a nonfunctioning humidifier full of water, contrary to the hotel’s claims of rigorous cleaning between tenants. Our socks and luggage were wet with humidity as was every surface in the room. The ceilings were hazardously low near the bathroom and luggage storage areas where we kept bumping our heads (I’m only 5’6”). There were two chairs and a table in the room facing an ugly wall instead of being outside on the balcony with a view of the Caldera as promised. The receptionist told us that a lot of people didn’t like that room and we had to change rooms 3 times in a 6 night stay due to maintenance issues including no hot water for showers, not well-maintained hot tubs which we didn’t want/nor use but were forced to deal with (we had to constantly empty the humidifiers, at least 6 times, sometimes in the middle of the night, and there was constant dripping sound which made it hard to sleep) and a power outage that left us in complete darkness. We stayed at 2 other hotels in Greece for 3 and 5 nights respectively with no accommodation problems or issues.
