"Everything about our stay was fantastic, super impressed with the room and how clean everything was. The outside could use some tlc though. The thistles in the flowerbeds around the building were bigger than the shrubs and hung over the sidewalks where you walk. "

"The hotel is excellent. The rooms are perfect, except for the breakfast buffet. They don't bother to check if something is running out or if they even add more. The receptionist welcomes you with the most annoying face in the world."

"Overall a great property--new and clean. It's on the edge of downtown and an older residential district so was an easy walk to shopping, cafes etc. However, signs all over their parking lot warning of car theft and break-ins combined with their opting out of any liability did cause concern. But no incidence and our one night stay was come and uneventful. HIE does have the best breakfast of all the hotel chains that off it--always a great way to start the day!"
