“This place was beautiful. I would have given it 5 stars, but I wish I would’ve known prior to booking that you had to strip the beds and take out the trash. Definitely would’ve been helpful information. ”

“Cute little apartment and very quiet except for some traffic noise. Very clean and comfortable. The only issue I have is there should be more seating. A chair in the living room would be nice. Location is good, close to everything. ”

“Loved that we could see the water when looking out the windows. It was very close to our event venue, which was a huge plus and Great restaurants were right around the corner! The only suggestion I have is adding a full length mirror. Having 3 people get ready at the same time, all using the bathroom mirror was not fun! Otherwise, we loved it and would book again”

“My husband and I enjoyed the location and convenience of this first floor apartment. It had everything we needed for an eight day stay. Parking was right outside the door. You can walk to the beach in minutes. We would love to stay for a month next year.”

“Perfect location. Close to the beach and several good restaurants. The market just across the street is fabulous, with everything from an ice cream shop, to a deli and prepared meals like pasta and pizza, and fresh meats and groceries. Would stay here again.”

“The unit was nice. The steps were awkward. We had problems with lack of basic supplies however the manager was prompt in responding and telling us how to get the needed items. The unit had very basic things and no ice in the refrigerator although a separate machine was provided if we were willing to get it started. With a few extras that are usually found in a VRBO plus a better setup with the stairs, this could be a better rental.”

“Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed biking to the beach. Only thing I would change would be that we could have really used a full length mirror.”

“This was the perfect spot for a quick getaway to the beach. The location was close to everything from the beach, to the pier, to restaurants and grocery shopping. We never needed our car.”

“Ok,it has to be said the property is a little dated. If you're looking for the most up to date features, this one is not for you. BUT. The property is wonderfully maintained, well appointed, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stellar.Lots of room, beach amenities stored in the closets fro you to use, a wonderfully comfotable memory foam bed, a well appointed kitchen, TVs in the living room and the bedroom. The shower water pressure was a little weak is my only real complaint....

“Exactly what I wanted in a Fla vacation! Not touristy. No high-rises. Quiet. Nice sun patio for windy days. Gourmet market within 100 yards. Beach access within 300 yards. Independent and reasonable restaurants between the two. Bonus: witnessed 2 launches from Canaveral. Will definitely return.”

“The apartment and grounds are charming, private, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed meeting and talking with our excellent host, Martyn. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were even able to host a Zoom meeting one evening. Enjoyed being just across A1A from the ocean that's accessed via a well maintained trail through the sea grapes and pepper trees leading to the beach. Look forward to staying there again!”

“Our host was amazingly quick to respond and was always helpful. The condo was beautifully furnished and very clean. Brand new appliances were wonderful. THE VIEW was absolutely stunning. Wonderful to be able to watch the sunrise with coffee. Excellent experience. Short walk to public access due to condo construction.”

“It was very comfortable and a great ocean view from the balcony which we had our coffee out there as we listened to the sound of the waves rolling in. Even though repairs (outside of part of the building and pool) are being conducted it did not affect our stay. The owner communicated well with us and made us feel so welcome! We certainly look to return again in the near future! Thank you.”

“Open floor plan and extended outdoor patio makes this place perfect for our blended family and two sets of teenagers. All had enough space to sleep comfortably and enjoy the perfectly temped pool. Great location for many different amenities in a family friendly neighborhood. We will be back to stay again!”
