Christine's Classic Savannah Condo With Balcony!

Gorgeous condo on top floor of a historic downtown building. Private balcony.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed
Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds. Remodeled bathroom is off hallway, convenient for both bedrooms
Kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, island & breakfast bar. Cable TV & Wifi. Central heat and air. Original historic heart of pine flooring throughout! This building does not have an elevator so you will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Parking is metered. This is free on nights and weekends. Weekdays require payment 8am to 5pm in the surrounding 1 block radius.

The condo has high speed wifi! Please note that 2 flights of stairs are required to reach this condo. There is no elevator. This is not suitable for any guests who have mobility limitations sorry! The private balcony is historic and the railing is lower than modern balconies. For this reason we ask that guests with young children not book this condo, or if they do please keep the balcony door locked and do not allow children on the balcony. All guests should use caution. This is a licensed STVR #00420

Sister’s Trip

My sisters and I stayed here during our sister’s trip to Savannah. It was a perfect location! Plenty of shops and restaurants right down the street or a brief walk! The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. We loved the comfy towels in the bathroom.

Great Place and Great Location

Christine's Classic Savannah Condo was a fantastic place to enjoy the city of Savannah. The location offered easy access to the historic district and the parks, making it the perfect spot for small breaks from exploring the city sites. The balcony was a great place to unwind in the evening and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning before going out and discovering the city. Looking forward to another visit and would definitely want to stay here again. Thank You!

We had a great stay. It was clean and nice, as advertised, and we loved being able to walk everywhere from this very central location. The only thing I wished was different is that there was no shampoo in the bathroom; it seems like the kind of thing that should be standard!

Lovely condo. Queen bed room the lamps by the bed wouldn’t work. Also, sound of squirrel in the chimney. Other than that, loved it.

Great 2 bedroom in historic Savannah

Clean and comfortable accommodations, great location just above Forsyth Park (not a bad location in downtown Savannah really) easily walkable to riverfront/everywhere. Able to find street parking on side streets. Easy check in/out and excellent communication with host. Thanks!

The condo’s location was blocks from Forsyth Park and all the local bars and restaurants. The apartment’s dining, kitchen and living area was so spacious with beautiful decor. It was clean and quiet and our only regret was we didn’t have more time to spend there. We will definitely stay again!

Getaway in Savannah

Christine’s condo was the perfect location to see all that Savannah has to offer. Near Forsyth Park and a short stroll to the river it was so convenient to walk everywhere. The condo itself was clean, BIG and comfy.Two good sized bedrooms and a large living room with great balcony. Check in was simple and I would definitely stay again if I’m I the area.

Beautiful and Felt like Home

This Vrbo was very clean and neat. It had everything we needed. We even played a couple games of Monopoly on our down time. The balcony was so relaxing and the night view was the best It was a close walk to Vic's coffee shop and restaurant which was very good. We had a fabulous time during our stay. We will book this Vrbo again.

Beautiful Quaint Savannah Condo

We spent three nights at Christine's lovely condo in Savannah while our daughter was checking out SCAD. The condo was beautifully decorated and had a well-stocked kitchen, although we didn't end up using it a whole lot. Nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood, close to downtown restaurants and shops. Easy to walk everywhere. Only downside was quiet hours start at 9pm, which appears to a neighborhood ordinance. Not too big of a deal, although was a bit hard to keep my night-owl teens quiet after that time.

We loved our stay! We were aware of the stairs before arrival and were prepared. Once inside the apartment, it was welcoming and beautiful! We felt safe, had lots of places to walk to enjoy ourselves, and slept so well each night! I would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay there again!

Love the location

Unit was very nice. Good size for me, my husband and our daughter. Once we settled in, we walked everywhere. Never had to move the car. Walked to restaurants, Forsyth Park, and lots of shops. Parking spaces next to building always available.

Fantastic & roomy stay

The location was fantastic and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. It felt like a safe area. The property is very spacious and perfect for three people. The only negative is the.Lack of supplies for use compared to other places I have stayed (ie only one small bar of soap given for 3 people for showering and no shampoo/conditioner or play dry soap).

Awesome time away

My adult daughter and I spent 4 nights here to tour Savannah. Very comfortable and cozy apartment. This apartment has some historical charm with updated kitchen and bathroom. We had everything needed for our stay and felt very secure. This location was great and walkable to some of the historical sights and restaurants. With the app we had no issues paying for parking and there were plenty of spaces to park. If traveling takes me back to Savannah I would definitely check here for availability first.

Shortened Stay

This is an amazing property at a great price. We would have loved to stay longer but the AC broke and we needed to find another location. My only complaint was the lack of professionalism from the property manager “Mary”. If she was in my employ she would not be forward facing with paying customers. No courtesy what so ever. We received a full refund for the broken AC and miserable employee.
