The property is nice and generally comfortable, The few issues we had were dealt with quickly by communicating with property management who responded right away. Only complaint would be noisy neighbors upstairs (apparently young children who woke up very early (6:00 ish a.m.) and ran around/banging, crying & yelling some too.. not the fault of the property of course, not sure if they are permanent renters or just vacationers. Other than that, I would recommend the property as a nice place to stay.
The Midnight Garden property is in a fantastic location! We could walk almost anywhere. We never had trouble finding a parking spot on the street, usually there was one available just out the front door. The Apartment was well appointed (kurig, britta, dehumidifier, etc..) and the decor was nice. The bed was comfortable and the full kitchen was a great perk. We had a few issues, but I imagine these are issues in all street-level properties in Savannah. The gasket of the washing machine was stained with mold. It could not be wiped away so we did not use the machine. The HDMI cord for the TV in the living room was not connected to any device making the TV unusable. The past water damage was visible in several locations in the apartment. Again, I assume all the properties of the same age have similar issues. I am only reporting them so I does not catch another renter off-guard. Otherwise, the place was lovely and we would stay there again!
