I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.

This was a great place to stay, location was excellent and love the outdoor vibe. There were dead bugs in the room, but that was likely due to the weather and season. Only real downside was no door to the bathroom in our cabin, not a deal changer but was still a surprise. I’d definitely stay again.

The room was clean and we liked the separate "living room" set up. There was even a sound machine on the nightstand. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast included eggs, sausages, waffles, pastries, oatmeal, coffee and juices. A great selection and plenty for everyone. The only negative was that we were on the main floor, close to the pool. We could gear doors slamming and people running down the hall.
