The Space:
A peaceful Sea Ranch escape awaits—settle into a vintage Binker Barn–style home wrapped in quiet, natural detail. An enclosed garden of native trees and flowers, dotted with serene statues, gives the outdoor space a calm, almost meditative feel.
The ocean appears as a distant view from the home—enough sky and horizon to anchor the coast—while you unwind in the private hot tub (without promising surf at your doorstep). Inside, thoughtful updates sit comfortably alongside the home’s classic character; highlights include an ultra-modern primary bathroom with a spa-style shower (body sprayers and a rain showerhead).
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking (not a showpiece “chef’s kitchen”). In the living areas, a 49-inch smart TV and comfortable sofas make it easy to stream shows and movies, while a central wood-burning fireplace and several cozy sitting areas are arranged to catch the home’s views.
