This property is advertised for its ocean views, yet we arrived to a huge orange digger blocking the entire ocean-facing wall of windows, from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. That was followed by excavation noise, hammering, and dust, erasing any trace of the Sea Ranch quiet this listing leans on. Neighbors confirmed the work began a week before we arrived, but when our stay bore no resemblance to what was promised, management claimed total surprise and refused...

“We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at this gorgeous house. We enjoyed the various balconies and views of redwoods & ocean. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. The beds were very comfortable too. It was right across from the sea ranch lodge which made for convenient amenities throughout the stay. My only complaint is the size and location of the only tv in the living room (too small and low). ”
