From this ocean view house in Sea Ranch, you can walk across the street for a tennis match, some swimming, or a session in the sauna at Del Mar Center or stroll the Bluff Trail. Each bedroom has a view of the magnificent Pacific Ocean, so enjoy your coffee in bed while gazing out across the meadow. The private washer/dryer will help you stay on top of any laundry needs you may have during your stay. For golf lovers, you'll be about one and a half miles from the renowned Sea Ranch Golf Links and if you need to head to town for groceries, Surf Market in Gualala is just over two miles from your door. Fix a casual dinner in the open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher for easy clean up. Top off the evening with some stargazing from the private hot tub. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

This Sea Ranch house was perfect. The view from the backyard of the ocean sunrise and sunsets was so beautiful and peaceful. We had deer, foxes, hummingbirds and hawks to watch. Easy access to beach trails, tide pools and community pools. The modern amenities of the home made everything easy. It was a great stay. 10 out of 10!

The property is nice, overgrown when we checked in but later in the day lawn maintenance arrived. Needs quite an upgrade in dishes and glassware, linens and towels. Metal frame beds were very loud. Beds are very comfortable however.

Perfect Spot

We stayed at this lovely home for two nights, and it was perfect for our group of three friends. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to everything we needed while still being private and peaceful. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Peace and Tranquility

A very lovely escape from the heat into this beautiful magical land. The house has great flow and comfort, was spotless, and afforded a great deal of privacy. The spa was perfect and very clean, best we have had in any vacation rental. .

Relaxing Weekend Get Away

As we walked into this beautiful home the ocean view could be seen in every window. My two friends and I spent a relaxing two nights in this gorgeous home. The kitchen was well appointed which made it easy to cook at the house. The beds are comfortable and close to the jacuzzi so you can enjoy a peaceful slumber. During the day we walked along the Sonoma Coast, enjoyed the pool across the street and went to Salt Point State Park. We hope to go back again sometime.

We loved the deck and the ocean view. However, all the screen doors fell off their tracks when we tried to use them. Otherwise this is a beautiful home and very clean.

Beautiful new home with stunning views!

Beautiful, spotlessly clean and modern home with new high-end finishes. Unobstructed views of the ocean across a small meadow. We enjoyed the large deck with hot tub. Our 5-year old daughter enjoyed the easy access to Del Mar Pool, which is only steps away. The only suggestion for the owners would be to offer a bbq grill to complement the well-equipped kitchen.

This home has great views, a great location and a great layout. The reason for the low rating is because the gas fireplace isn’t offered to guests for some reason. That is not disclosed on the rental site. We wouldn’t have rented it if we had known (it’s pictured on their site but nothing said about it not being available). It’s not out of order, the host just isn’t allowing guests to use it. Furnishings are minimal but functional. The house is beautiful and newer but seems cold and unfinished. We did enjoy our trip but wouldn’t rent this again.

Thanksgiving to remember!

The house was beautiful & spotless! Perfect location to view the ocean & spectacular sunsets. Saw some cool birds too! Our only complaint was trying to figure out all the electronics, the stove, dishwasher, washing machine& tv. Maybe providing more easy to follow instructions would help. We are senior citizens & our guests are younger & pretty savvy with electronic things but they even had trouble. We think the owners could probably hang a few more pictures & put down some area rugs to warm the place up a bit also. With that being said though, we would gladly come back to this house. Sea Ranch is a special place and we’ll certainly be back. Merry Christmas to all!

Beautiful spot, beautiful home

The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable with incredible views. The well-appointed kitchen worked well for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are just a couple of things that potential renters need to know before booking: 1. I booked knowing there was a good chance of rain in Feb and figured that since the photos showed a fireplace, we could just enjoy playing board games and guitars inside by the fire. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find a sign by the fireplace that said, "Not for Guest Use". I was deflated. I paid quite a premium and specifically looked for a place with a fireplace. After arrival, I double-checked the listing and a fireplace is not specifically listed in the amenities, so maybe I should have been more careful, but it did not say anywhere specifically that it was not available to renters. That's on me and I will always double check amenities despite what the photos show. RENTER BEWARE! Maybe the homeowner/listing agency could state the fireplace is not available for use and not show it in images posted online? I have rented many places along the North Coast and always had access to the fireplace. The Sonoma/Mendocino coast is the place for a fire and sadly this property does not allow that or make it very clear. The only other drawback is the shampoo and conditioner. You might want to bring your own from home. The powder shampoo and conditioner left our hair like sticky straw. Just bring your own. Great home, just no fireplace.
