The hotel was perfect if you wanted a quaint stay within walking distrance to attractions near the water. Having a small kitchen was helpful and there is a Von's close by for groceries. The town of Seal Beach is charming and a wonderful place to visit. Enjoyed the restaurants and wandering around.
First time to Seal Beach. It was nice. Also, first time in Long Beach. Super fun
When visiting Seal Beach you need to eat at Taco Surf on Main Street and have a bowl of Scorpion Chowder. It is Delish!
Residents of the town tend to be 50+ in age or families with kids and not much in between so this is NOT a party town. Very mellow town which is exactly what I wanted since I live in San Diego.
Downtown Seal Beach has lots of quaint eateries and nice walk to pier
