Breakfast was rather basic but you had ham, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, muffins, fruits, baguette ...every day. Hot milk, cold milk, lactose free milk too. Kids arrived too for a holiday camp but they were well behaved and polite. We could have our breakfast in a seperate room because of that. Swimming pool was gorgeous. The issue we had was that messages were not being delivered regarding check-in from the hotel. There is a note on the Expedia system that says "staff may not be available and check-in codes will be provided". We never received such codes and as such panicked calls were needed by us to Expedia on the day of arrival. They couldn't get in touch with anyone here and we were left wondering what might happen. The place is as in the pictures and whilst we didnt use the pool it looks fab and the hot tub was ideal. The local restaurant was very welcoming and the nearby old bridge could hsve been a scene out of Brigadoon..... fantastic. "Came to the Casa after a long drive. The outdoor jacuzzi was heated awaiting our arrival. The room was fantastic. We had a perfectly prepared fresh fish dinner paired with a bottle of wine from Casa do Sear estate. After that, we capped off with a sauna before retiring to bed. Incredible "
"Only stayed there for one night but I wish it could have been longer. We arrived there on 31 Aug 20 in late afternoon. I should have noted the name of the young gentleman who greeted us because he was fantastic. Spoke enough English and was extremely nice in upgrading us to a seaview room at no additional cost. Should anyone want to stay here, my recommendation would be to pay the additional cost when booking to have an ocean view. It is absolutely worth it. You have a nice balcony where you can...

"clean tidy quiet hotel. Location was fine for us - it’s a walk to town (downhill). Next door is a lidl (great). Lovely pool area with shade and sun beds plenty of parking. free breakfast. Note - no air conditioning so it was tough on a couple of hot nights - but could open the window and get a decent breeze - aided by the fan provided. overall - very good value for money"
