First time I encountered an all internet stay and was not ready for it.Had not another guest let me in , I would have spent an hour on the sidewalk trying to figure out how to get in! The property uses the internet to get a confirmation of the $200 security deposit.At all of the several hundred check ins I have done in the past ,I give my credit card and they run it.Here they use an unfamiliar means of having the credit card company confirming I ok the charge .Not being familiar with this process it took about 8 times to finally get the deposit oked.Will probably check next time if all internet and avoid.This did not come across in the comments on the website.

There is no parking around this unit. You have to street park 8 blocks away. Also there were ants in our room.

The view of Seattle was great. Nowhere to sit other than the bed. No bedside lamps other than very bright overhead lamp. Very small room - this is not a suite. Mattress uncomfortable. Check in process overly complex.

Really nice clean room very comfortable and easy directions given to enter the accommodation. Parking is not available but we got parking very close by on the street. There was one thing that wasn’t something I liked there is a security deposit that is needed and will not be refunded until 5 days later after checking out otherwise it’s a nice place stay for a night.

Fantastic view of the space needle in room 6! Brand new clean and very nice. Parking is a struggle to find but doable with patience.

Hidden cleaning fee nearly the rate of the room for the night and it was too late to cancel by the time this was made clear. The listing implied there was parking available but it was only street parking. I was sent the wrong link to the guest portal to pay and paid someone else's cleaning fee--they did notice this and refunded me, but this demonstrates lack of security. They gave us the wrong code to get into our room. You can easily hear noises from the hallway in every room, and the minifridge is obnoxiously bright and shines right in your face when you're lying in bed. They did communicate quickly when contacted, but yeah. Not impressed overall! Maybe this location is more ideal for long term stays but I regret our one night stay, we should have booked a hotel.
