This loft style home is a perfect romantic getaway! Near to shopping and hiking!

This is a great home for a romantic getaway, a fun time with family, or an adventurous weekend hang out with friends! Enjoy making a delicious dinner in the quaint kitchenette in this loft style home! Relax in the spacious living room watching your favorite movies! Stargazing is a must do from the private porch! Check out the closest hiking trail within walking distance, the Broken Arrow Trailhead. There you can watch the spiritual sunset, or energizing sunrise. Uptown Sedona is nearby, where on the way you can peruse Tlaquepaque, or venture further and visit the Uptown shops and taste of Sedona eateries! Where you’ll sleep:The loft is the cozy sleeping space with 2 full size beds, in which you must be able to do stairs, and it also has a futon. All beds are in the loft. The bathroom is on the main level with a walk in shower.

The home has been sanitized between each and every guest.
NO pets allowed.
While streaming TV, you must use your accounts to access.
The trash cans are shared with the adjacent home, and must be secured with the bungees and kept in the fenced trash can area and not taken to the curb.
Parking: Only 2 vehicles allowed
Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am and are strictly enforced.
The home is equipped with a smart lock, and you will be given the code and instructions the day of check in.
Heating and Cooling: Baseboard Heat works in the bathroom only. The mini split in the loft is provides sufficient cooling and heating for the entire home.
**Please note: The stairs going to the bedroom loft are steep. Please use caution going up and down the stairs and utilize the railing.

Cozy Stay in Sedona

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was central to all the places we wanted to visit! It also served as a cozy stay-in when the snow came! Communication with the host was fast and helpful!

Amazing location

A fabulous clean and comfy home base in a quiet, safe neighborhood offset from the main drag, yet still in the heart of Sedona and the center of our explorations. Even more is the short walk to a trailhead and direct access to the red rocks where we enjoyed glorious views, picnics and dancing under the full moon.

Absolutely no complaints about this lovely little place, tucked away within steps of a BEAUTIFUL hiking trail! It was exactly what we were looking for, for our little 2 day Sedona trip!

Quiet and Private

Very peaceful and tranquil hideaway off the beaten path. And a short ride/walk to the Broken Arrow Trailhead. The stars are epic as well.

Very nice little house. Quiet neighborhood with lots of stars at night. We were there for our anniversary and when we walked in there were treats, a nice card and some Sedona magnets as a gift. Felt very welcome. Close to everything.

Amazing location!

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves in Sedona! The location of this rental was perfect for trips into town and so many hikes. The inside was super cute, clean and we loved the private deck. Will definitely be back!

Tranquil and close to hiking trails

We really enjoyed the location. The neighborhood was quiet which made it easy to relax. We were so close to some great hiking trails which was a plus given how challenging parking was all over Sedona during Thanksgiving week. A real treat was how nice it was to go to bed in the loft. you could look out the windows and see all of the bright stars above. It was perfect to see that before falling asleep.

Beautiful spot with great view

My daughter and I had a wonderful time and very pleasant experience! There is a wonderful hike very close by. There was a coffee maker but no coffee, which was disappointing, and the toaster didn't work, but I still give it 5/5 stars! Would recommend to anyone traveling to Sedona!

Fabulous Home and Location

We had such a nice time visiting Sedona and staying in The Loft. The location was perfect and we liked that we could walk to Broken Arrow Trail to some hiking. We were close to Chapel of the Holy Cross and Uptown Sedona. The home was on a very quiet street. We were very comfortable as a family of three and it definitely could accommodate more people comfortably. The host had excellent communication and we will definitely stay there again when we are back in Sedona.

Excellent base for hiking and biking!

A clean little loft house away from downtown. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a couple trail heads with a half mile walk of the house. We made breakfast each morning in the small but comfortable kitchen. Then we were out for the day. At night, we walked down to the trails to get out in the real dark for sunset and to view the stars. So cool. Great communication with the owner. We recommend this house.

Nothing short of amazing!

Everything about our stay was amazing and there is nothing we wish would have been different! This rental is close to many trails as well as very close to many shopping areas. This rental has everything 2 people could need and is super cute! The owner responded quickly and answered all questions! Will be coming back and be recommending to all friends and family!

Sedona Get Away

Location, location location! This loft is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to the Broken Arrow trail head. We were close to everything we wanted to do hiking, shopping, art, wineries, fabulous restaurants! We enjoyed our stay!❤️ There is a loft so you will need to be prepared to climb to get to the bedroom. The property manager responded quickly when we asked questions.
