8.4/10 Very Good! (556 reviews)
The location and beach are great. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The dinner buffet was awful with no service so we didn't even get wine.
Our room was not properly cleaned - with towels left in the cupboard and clothes left in the drawers plus random hangers hanging from the bed.
There was no reconciliation for the issues - just the evening buffet which as noted above was terrible.
I am sure others has a better experience and if we went back I am sure we would have a better experience.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (479 reviews)
The self check-in instructions provided by the staff were clear and very easy to follow. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent - you can walk to the center of the old town in about 7 minutes.
There is a parking lot just up the street from the building (less than 2 minutes walk). It is very busy, but if you can find a spot the rates are very cheap (I paid about 5 euros for a 3 day stay).

"I gave 4 Stars on the cleanliness as it's in the forest and obviously there will be pune needles and typical forest stuff all over. But the stairs could be a little better maintained as they get slippery with the pine needles. But you're in the forest, so just watch your step."

"The staff and hotel were very nice. We were only there overnight but used the spa amenities, massage services, the restaurant and transfer services. We were a little disappointed the steam room wasn’t working but the spa was relaxing for sure."
