If you ever wondered whether it is possible to buy fish taken from the sea in that given moment, we give you the answer: it's possible! And it is possible right here: this traditional stone house is located in the port where fishing boats full of seafood arrive daily. You can buy them right from the friendly fishermen or at a nearby store. Of course, do not feel obligated to swim in the sea (although we heartily recommend that you jump into our clean sea) because the villa, in its carefully landscaped garden, has a pool (heatable) with deck chairs which you can use after lunch on the terrace with a magnificent view of the islands and the whole place. Beautiful view is provided from the upper floors where the bedrooms are: two with double beds and bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds will give you a perfect feeling of home because of the wooden furniture and a small but consistent and modern regulated space. \*Extra cleaning upon request: 250 EUR \*Tourist tax payable in advance or upon arrival: 2.5 EUR/ person/ night , one time registration fee 10 EUR per booking. Welcome to our apartment in Sumartin, a quaint and serene town on the beautiful island of Brač, Croatia. The town offers a variety of activities and attractions for you to explore during your stay. Just a short 5-minute walk from the apartment, you’ll find gorgeous pebbly beaches, perfect for a relaxing day of sunbathing. The area is also home to several local restaurants offering authentic Croatian cuisine, with a focus on fresh seafood, a nod to Sumartin’s long fishing tradition. Take a short stroll to the Franciscan Monastery, where you can admire its beautiful architecture and explore the museum, which houses church artifacts, an ethnographic collection, and rare books in the library.
