“Thank you very much to the host for sending the check-in instructions in a timely and clear manner. The house is as seen in the photos, we only have a few observations, the mattresses are not in good condition, the cleaning has details (dirty on the carpets, under the beds and blinds) and the house is a bit dark. However, it worked perfect for us, we needed the house to sleep, it is located close to many establishments. Thank you so much”

“Beautiful 4 bedroom house on the end of a quite dead end street with no traffic, this house was absolutely super clean. Everything was provided and I truly mean everything, if you need it on a vacation this house had it. All four beds were amazing comfortable. The pillows and comforters were luxury spa hotel quality. Great pool with fenced in yard for the dogs and grill access. Super close to all the most popular beaches, with all beach equipment provided at your disposal.Stop looking for...

“The property was very clean upon arrival! The pool and hot tub were used frequently and they were great! Everyone said that their beds were comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen for meals. There is plenty of parking for large groups. The beach was only 8 minutes away along with plenty of restaurants. We had a great time and will definitely consider this property in the future!”

“We just stayed the month of February at this home. It was very clean on arrival. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the grill many days. It was close to everything. A grocery store, gas station, many excellent restaurants and golf courses. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The beach was close. Our one complaint is that we were charged 1500 to heat the pool. That seems really exorbitant.”

“We had a great, albeit too short, stay. The house was super clean, well stocked, and organized. Plenty of towels, blankets (though we brought our own), paper towels, and toilet paper! Great communication with the hosts, especially for a last minute stay over a holiday weekend! And although we didn’t get a beach day in, there’s plenty of beach gear for a fun day at any of the nearby (easy access) beaches!! Great location for getting to all the fun activities across the Tampa Bay area!!”
