"This was a great property. The property manager was in communication throughout the process, but not in an annoying way. The house was very clean and had an awesome backyard for the pups. About a half hour to downtown St. Pete. The Pinellas Trail is at the end of the street. I’ll definitely stay here again any time I’m in the St. Pete area."

"Overall, loved the home, location, and pool. My only complaint is the strong cleaning smell on the first day. Not sure what chemical is being used but a little strong for us. The cleaning smell dissipated after a couple of hours. The home owner was very nice letting us store our luggage in the garage prior tour visit and also allowing us a late check out. I would definitely stay they again."

"The Bad: The water pressure was non-existing. The showers felt like drizzling rain, the dishes came out of the washer looking like how it came in. I messaged the host and was told they would come and address the issue but no one ever came. We ended up purchasing supplies to clean the dishes. The yard horrible. The weeds were half way up my calves and the furniture were all broken. Bugs Galore! I understand that its FL and bugs are common but we had small roaches and bugs coming in the house...

"We came to Madeira Beach for a fishing excursion. Since there were seven of us, we needed a nice place to stay that was close to the Marina. We selected this property because it could accommodate the sleeping needs of the group. It looked clean and well maintained. The pool was a plus and the outdoor grill was a nice touch. We used the grill to prepare a fresh caught fish dinner. Outstanding, by the way. Publix was within walking distance which was very helpful. We were very pleased with the...
