The room was comfy, especially the bed. Lighting in the room itself was plentiful but it could have used at least one bright light in the main room. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked well with good pressure and responsive temp. Both the shampoo and conditioner containers had shampoo in them though. Staff were friendly enough. The only other negative was that there was a fast food bag near the elevator for our entire stay that Housekeeping never disposed of….

Host canceled reservation 16hrs before trip in which I was informed of the cancellation only after I asked about how I would be able to acces the property at check in time. I would not recommend if u really need somewhere to stay because you may very well not have anywhere to stay.

Gave a detailed account of my experience to someone at the front desk and they did they would relay that to the general manager. Never heard from anyone. Not even so much as a sorry for your awful ...
