Beautiful cabin in the mountains. Looks just like the pictures. Great location, close to everything. Easy check in. no issues. would definitely rebook.
Rustic cabin in the mountains with beautiful views of the Smokies! We stayed 2 nights and loved the proximity to Pigeon Forge/Sevierville, but felt like we were really away from it all. Didnāt check out the pool/clubhouse so my review doesnāt apply to that area.
We stayed at Paradise point cabin. Overall the experience was wonderful the location of the cabin is awesome the view from the cabin is awesome we even got to see bears on first morning there. Some of the cons were the upstairs bed not being as comfortable as I thought it would be and it made a lot of noise and there were also dirty pots pans and dishes in the kitchen so we did have to clean them before we use them overall I would stay here again maybe try a different cabin within the community. I do like the fact that there are all size cabins here so it could be a couple's trip or trip with a big family.
The pictures donāt do the views justice! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and very private. Location was very convenient to every activity. Would definitely recommend!
This is about our 7th time staying at a vacation home in the Smokies. We love this location and the views are gorgeous. This particular house is a great spot because itās more private with its own drive/parking area. Everything was clean and as expected.
We fell in love with the photos and the idea of staying in a cabin so we booked the trip. We weighed the pros and cons of staging in a cabin vs. staying in a hotel during off season- cabin costing us 300+ a night for 6 nights was not a cheap stay with other fees tacked on. We we arrived we were thrilled to enjoy the stay but a few things fell short. Cleanliness fell short- cobwebs scattered throughout, layers of dust in windows, floors turned our feet black. The linen situation couldāve been better too- limited supply. The comforters/sheets in the bed need to be updated for as many people stay in these places. Besides that views are out of this world and the cabin definitely had serious potential to be a go to for us to go back if they were to address those things.

Beautiful cabin...horrible customer service
The cabin itself is great expect their is only a tiny closet so most clothes stayed in luggage. The customer service from Timber Tops for check-in was by far the worst experience I have ever had. First I called around 11am to ask if the cabin had a coffee maker and they said no. When I arrived it actually had 2 a keurig and older style coffee maker. I arrived at the cabin at 320pm because I had groceries and wanted to get in. I called Timber Tops and Beth and answered. I asked her if the cabin was ready and she said it was still being cleaned ( I am ouside the cabin and no one is their). I asked her if she could call the cleaning company to see if and when it would be ready. She said no she couldn't and gave no explanation as to why she couldn't. I asked to speak to her supervisor. Stacy answered and this is were it really went downhill. I asked Stacy if she could contact the cleaning company to see if the cabin was ready. She also said no because the cabin was still being cleaned. I then explained to her that I was outside of the cabin and no one was there, if she could call the cleaners. She said no the cabin would be ready at 4 and they would call me with the door could when it was ready. I told her to call the cleaners because she said it was being cleaned and she HUNG UP ON ME. My wife calmed me down and said to wait until 4. At 405 I called because I didn't receive a call at 4 when check in starts. Stacy answered at and said the cabib was not ready yet. I explained to her that SHE said check in starts at 4. She said that is correct that means the cabin can be ready any time after 4. I explained to her that as I travel a lot worldwide for work, when a hotel says 4pm check in that means the guest can show up at exactly 4pm and the room will be ready not the hotel can give you the room from 4pm on. She said the cabin was not ready because the cleaners had not yet informed her that the cabin had been cleaned. I again asked her to cqll the cleaners. It is past 4pm and they have not released the cabin means they are nor complying with their job. Again she said she couldn't. This time I hung up the phone. At 425pm they finally called. I was extremely upset and started twlling that this was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful that they could not xomply with the agreed upon time of 4pm. She interrupted me and said DO YOU WANT YOUR DOOR CODE OR NOT? (in an extremely rude tone). To top it off, the door didnt work and maintenance had to come
This cabin was better than advertised. We couldnāt have asked for a better location. If youāre not specifically needed a part of town this was the perfect location to be convenient to Gat, PF, and Sevierville. We want to stay in this cabin again.

Nice but needs few updates and a deep cleaning
Really enjoyed our week away but cabin needs to be deep cleaned very bad and mattress definitely needs a upgrade in master. Also smoke detector battery needs to be checked in living room
The cabin had amazing views and was easy to access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was close to all the area attractions, we definately would love to come back.
Beautiful view, easy to get to, and clean amenities!
Two kids and two adults stayed for 4 nights and we found the property to be the perfect location, size, and full of all the amenities we needed for the stay. The road leading to the cabin was well labeled, paved, and easy to find. The hot tub, pool table, and balconies made the stay very unique and fun for the kids too. The kitchen and dining area made it easy to cook at the cabin and dine in after a day of exploring. The pool was also very clean and nice. We spent our time split between exploring the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and hiking the National Park which we could easily do from this cabin with less than 30 minute drive to either. The checkin process was very easy and uneventful. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning.
The property is absolutely incredible. The views are unbeatable and the cabin itself is like a dream. My family went nuts when we walked in!! Canāt recommend it enough.
