Wyndham 1 bedroom suite
It was overall good. The unit was clean. the door (which is the first thing you see) was badly in need of painting or replacement. Kitchen sink was very slow to drain. Close parking was limited and sometimes parked in parking for other buildings. Room was very spacy for a 1 bedroom. We really enjoyed the stay.

We were given a basement condo with no view except for the stairs going up out of the basement. We went to the Smokey Mountains to enjoy the fall weather and look at the mountains. Very disappointed!!

Not what we were expecting based upon the pictures online. We had a ground level one bedroom and the walls were paper thin. Very noisy hearing people talking and kids yelling in the next room and people walking up above us. Our room was nice but not properly cleaned. Full kitchen with appliances had everything you would need expect silverware and pots to cook on stove with. We went to the pool one day and it was very dirty with hair and misc things floating all over it. The hot tub had yellow tape around it so we were unable to use it. With that being said. Every staff member I talked to was very friendly and accommodating. Our check in and check out was good! They did say they are trying to improve the process and change things at the resort. This is a timeshare resort so they will try to get you to listen to their sales pitch.

Wyndham Resort Stay
We really love the Wyndham Resort. The only problem we had while there was they were repairing the floor above our room. So a jack hammer and hammer were no fun to hear. We were there to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. So we went to relax. But we had to get out of the room due to the noise being so loud.

Great place, ask for a view though
We loved our stay here and would stay here again. Only drawback we were below ground level and our view faced the parking lot and walkway. Couldn’t leave our curtains or shades open for lack of privacy. For what we paid I’d request a view next time!

My overall stay was great. I had everything I needed away from home. The staff was excellent the facilities were great. The only problem i had was that my shower curtian had mildew on it. I didnt report but im sure if i did it would have been taken care. I recommend.

This is actually a Wyndham resort. During check in we were made to schedule a time share presentation appointment during check in. If we did not go to the presentation they had charged us $40 that we would not get back. The presentation was 3 hours until we could leave and get the $40 taken off our bill. The room was condo like and clean. Small kitchette with a living room and bedroom. The property is huge for the small pool that is available. We were not able to use the pool due to the amount of people already using the pool. Other guests were complaining about the cleanliness of the pool.

Nice resort off the main strip, very close to Dollywood and attractions. The pool are was nice, the lodge and mini golf and splash pad were nice bonuses. The property is a little old, but very well cared for. Highly recommend as a perfect place for families!

My only complaint that the room details, before arrival were not enough. I was very disappointed that we had no balcony. I'm an outdoor person an felt very closed in. I booked with you because of your views in on line pics. Very disappointed.
