The resort had very nice amenties including pools, hot tubs, spray yard, mini golf. We didnt really get a chance to enjoy it all because we had a short stay. The rental was clean, spacious and in a great location. Would highly recommend!

Mountain Getaway

This one-bedroom suite was perfect! It is very quaint, clean, and cozy!! Nice location and all the amenities are great! Pools and hot tubs were great and the game room was alot of fun! Putt putt golf was relaxing as well! I recommend this Wyndham suite to anyone who's looking for a resort with great service and many amenities!!!!

Great Smokey Mountains Trip

We have stayed at The Wyndham Resort in Sevierville, TN about 4x and love it!! It's a great place to stay. We were upgraded at checking in. We had a icemaker in the freezer!! Hooray!! The suite was an upgrade and bigger. I had a actually walk in shower!! So far we haven't had any problems booking through VRBO.

Great Wyndham Place

Great property and location

This was perfect for a few days stay in the Smoky Mountain area. The location was great. Small amount of amenities were provided to get things started. The check-in staff was very helpful and making recommendations. Our arrival was delayed and I was tired so it felt like Check in took a while since this is a time share property. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and we enjoyed the pools and putt putt. I would recommend this property for families especially.

Enjoyable getaway In February

We have stayed at the Wydham Resorts several times and it's our favorite place to stay!! Our one bedroom was cleaned and ready for us. It would have been great if the fridge had a ice maker in the freezer!! I washed and dried most of the towels on Thursday night. I forgot the kitchen towels! I didn't get to wash and dry the towels we used on Thursday night. I wiped the stove, sink area and bar done with Lysol wipes on Thursday night. I treated your condo like our home. Looking forward to using it again next year if it's available,

Wyndham 1 bedroom suite

It was overall good. The unit was clean. the door (which is the first thing you see) was badly in need of painting or replacement. Kitchen sink was very slow to drain. Close parking was limited and sometimes parked in parking for other buildings. Room was very spacy for a 1 bedroom. We really enjoyed the stay.

Nice small condo

This is actually a Wyndham resort. During check in we were made to schedule a time share presentation appointment during check in. If we did not go to the presentation they had charged us $40 that we would not get back. The presentation was 3 hours until we could leave and get the $40 taken off our bill. The room was condo like and clean. Small kitchette with a living room and bedroom. The property is huge for the small pool that is available. We were not able to use the pool due to the amount of people already using the pool. Other guests were complaining about the cleanliness of the pool.

Close to Attractions

Not what we were expecting based upon the pictures online. We had a ground level one bedroom and the walls were paper thin. Very noisy hearing people talking and kids yelling in the next room and people walking up above us. Our room was nice but not properly cleaned. Full kitchen with appliances had everything you would need expect silverware and pots to cook on stove with. We went to the pool one day and it was very dirty with hair and misc things floating all over it. The hot tub had yellow tape around it so we were unable to use it. With that being said. Every staff member I talked to was very friendly and accommodating. Our check in and check out was good! They did say they are trying to improve the process and change things at the resort. This is a timeshare resort so they will try to get you to listen to their sales pitch.
