The resort had very nice amenties including pools, hot tubs, spray yard, mini golf. We didnt really get a chance to enjoy it all because we had a short stay. The rental was clean, spacious and in a great location. Would highly recommend!

Overall it was okay. They put us in a handicap room and it was very out dated. The appliances can use some upgrades along with the breakfast table and chairs. Otherwise the stay for the price was good.

Great stay!

This place was fabulous. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with living quarters was VERY spacious with all amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the resort was nice My problem was there was youngins overtaking the pools Both sides of resort No time for just adults Hottub was full at resort across the street and we waited and waited the ppl never got out so we left Thin walls and fooora someone above us had little running back and forth all hours of the night We could hear ppl above us like they were sitting next to us But over all I relaxed and had a good time

Great property and location

This was perfect for a few days stay in the Smoky Mountain area. The location was great. Small amount of amenities were provided to get things started. The check-in staff was very helpful and making recommendations. Our arrival was delayed and I was tired so it felt like Check in took a while since this is a time share property. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and we enjoyed the pools and putt putt. I would recommend this property for families especially.

Quiet Retreat in a Prime Location

The process to book through VRBO was easy and user friendly. I was able to communicate with the property manager, who was very responsive. The check-in process was seamless! From the front desk to the concierge, everyone was friendly and helpful. The Villa we stayed in was spacious and well equipped. The location is near so many attractions and within 20 minutes of Gatlinburg. Great time of the year to go to experience the area and enjoy less traffic!

Great place, ask for a view though

We loved our stay here and would stay here again. Only drawback we were below ground level and our view faced the parking lot and walkway. Couldn’t leave our curtains or shades open for lack of privacy. For what we paid I’d request a view next time!

Enjoyable getaway In February

We have stayed at the Wydham Resorts several times and it's our favorite place to stay!! Our one bedroom was cleaned and ready for us. It would have been great if the fridge had a ice maker in the freezer!! I washed and dried most of the towels on Thursday night. I forgot the kitchen towels! I didn't get to wash and dry the towels we used on Thursday night. I wiped the stove, sink area and bar done with Lysol wipes on Thursday night. I treated your condo like our home. Looking forward to using it again next year if it's available,

Wyndham 1 bedroom suite

It was overall good. The unit was clean. the door (which is the first thing you see) was badly in need of painting or replacement. Kitchen sink was very slow to drain. Close parking was limited and sometimes parked in parking for other buildings. Room was very spacy for a 1 bedroom. We really enjoyed the stay.

Wyndham Smokey Mountains

Overall, this was a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, the facility was great! The personnel were so friendly and nice. They offered us anything that we needed assistance with. Parking was great. We could view our car right from our room. The area was a little touristy for us, but driving up into the smoky mountains was gorgeous. We went to the Wyndham presentation and we did not decide to purchase, but I will say that the sales people did not try to pressure us into purchasing anything. They just shared with us the offers and were very courteous and Nice.

Good but never again

The hotel was clean but why would you only put 1 roll of toilet paper in the room that is to have 4 people in it for 4 nights? Also the time share meeting i agreed to sit through was supposed to be 90 minutes and it was 150 minutes. While in that meeting they kept pushing em to say yes really hard to the point whwre i stood up and said we were leaving. At 1 point one of the guys told me i was a single mom... i should have a big tax check that i can pay with. I felt very disrespected

Wonderful Property

We loved our stay! The condo was so nice and clean and everything there was wonderful. It couldn’t have been better! The only thing, I would warn others about, upon check in they will ask you to do a time share tour which is supposed to last a Maximun of 90 minutes. With a firm no from the get-go ours lasted 2&1/2 hours plus. It seems like the free nights offered are not available anytime I check. So it was just a waste of our time. That’s just a side note, and has no bearing on the property or the renter. It was all 5 stars for us All the way. The property is great, amenities are top notch. I hope we can stay here again. It was one of the nicest places I’ve ever booked on vrbo.

Nice small condo

This is actually a Wyndham resort. During check in we were made to schedule a time share presentation appointment during check in. If we did not go to the presentation they had charged us $40 that we would not get back. The presentation was 3 hours until we could leave and get the $40 taken off our bill. The room was condo like and clean. Small kitchette with a living room and bedroom. The property is huge for the small pool that is available. We were not able to use the pool due to the amount of people already using the pool. Other guests were complaining about the cleanliness of the pool.

Amazing staff and close to everything!

We got upgraded for free check in was easy and they were super sweet! Rooms were clean!!! And beds were so comfortable!! The pools were great we had a blast wish i would’ve used the mini golf there but didnt have time. I would 100% recommend it was so affordable and i am definitely coming back!!!

Room was dirty found beer bottles and dirty towels in bedroom. The floor and carpet have never been cleaned. Upstairs neighbors you could hear every step they made.
