A relaxing break with Great Lake views

The host Christophe deserves a special mention, he was great, extremely friendly and helpful! The accommodation is homely, great location and outdoor space. Views of the lake from the lawn with lots of outdoor seating and dining. A very enjoyable holiday.

There was a lot of hummidity in the house and we didn't got the chance to communicate with the owner. That was a pity. The view on the lake was beautiful.

Slightly misleading but overall good

This is a ground floor apartment, not the house as listed and although there are two bathrooms, there is only one toilet which wasn't ideal for 4 adults. The views across the lake are beautiful but the terrace loses the sun from early afternoon. Christophe is perfectly charming and good at communicating and answering questions. We enjoyed our stay but think the information needs updating.

Séjour très agréable

Accueil très chaleureux de Christophe. Son appartement est lumineux, agréable, à l’orée de la forêt, vue sur le lac d’Annecy. Propreté irréprochable, et équipement complet. Un seul mot à Christophe: Merci !

Wohnung in wunderschöne Umgebung und wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse.

Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsene (Ehepaar mit zwei Erwachsenen Kindern und Hund) angereist. Die Wohnung war schön, es fehlte an nichts. Christophe hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Umgebung war uns unbekannt, aber hat uns wirklich berühr. Von der Terrasse aus war ein toller Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aangenaam verblijf

Wij hebben genoten van het mooie, nette appartement op het gelijkvloers. Heel rustig en goed gelegen om verschillende uitstappen/wandelingen te doen. De omgeving is schitterend! De gastheer is heel sympathiek, en geeft de nodige privacy. We hadden het er erg naar onze zin 😃

Lieu d’exception près du lac

Belle semaine de vacances au calme, logement cosy très bien décoré. Tout y est. Propriétaire adorable. Lac visible de la terrasse et idéalement situé. Nous reviendrons !

Tout était super. Le logement est super. Vous avez une superbe vue sur le lac. L'appartement était très spacieux et frais, malgré des températures supérieures à 35° Nous réserverons certainement à nouveau cet hébergement dans un avenir proche.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Schöner Blick auf den See. Ein guter Bäcker für das tägliche Baguette ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen und haben die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick sehr genossen. Durch die Überdachung und die erhöhte Lage bleibt es auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Als Familie sind wir gut mit nur einer Toilette zurechtgekommen, zumal sie separat ist. Der See, Wanderungen in den Bergen und Annecy sind sind gut erreichbar - auch mit dem Bus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Christophe ist ein sehr netter, aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Ich kann es empfehlen.

Super mooi en groot appartement

Appartement op paar minuten rijden van het meer en faciliteiten. Mooi schoon en groot appartement met veel privacy en mooie ruime buitenruimte (eettafel stoelen, loungebankje en zonnestoelen). Ruim voldoende servies en pannen. Prima bedden en beddengoed!

Perfect location and amazing view!!

The location is perfect. The apartment is beautiful and clean. The terrace is perfect for outdoor dining! Christophe is a perfect host! We look forward to staying there again in the spring!!

Moments mémorables

Très agréable week-end. L’hôte est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, c’est plutôt rare. L’appartement est très agréable, le cadre magnifique, la literie est très bonne, les nuits sont au calme absolue. Un stationnement voiture est à disposition. Les commerces sont également de qualité dans les environs. Tout etait parfait 👍

Facile, tranquille et bonne humeur

La location correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. La vue est très sympa et la terrasse couverte est un + s'il y a du mauvais temps. Un hôte 5*. Merci Christophe, une belle rencontre et une fin de soirée mémorable. Les conseils pour les resto étaient très appropriés. Un p'tit gars du Nord à Annecy, c'est du soleil même s'il pleut 😜
