The place was very nice and small and cute and cozy. The place was kept nice & clean. Our room was tiny, but clean. Kept very secure with the locked door to the hotel. If checking in late after 10pm, you would have to call the number in front, but somebody always answers and register with no problem. Very accessible to eateries, shopping, bars, and beach. Only 20 min from airport and 10 min from Old San Juan. I liked the affordable price. Only thing I did not like is the surrounding areas. Some walking areas around the hotel, there are a number of homeless persons, and bums, and sometimes some areas smell like urine. But it’s not the hotel’s fault.

Nothing have a lot of garden areas and terrace and you can't even smoke on property and the rooms is terrible could be way better for kings or queens room also bathroom shower need to be fixed also there's no amenities

I love the convenient location of this property. Unfortunately, the lack of parking is major down as we have to spend additional money in public parking for the stay. For this reason, I might have to re-think booking again next time I visit San Juan, unless I rely only on Uber, restricting me on short distance trips while I am at the hotel.

The location is great and the staff was nice but feel the write up for the people is incorrect. This is a very old Spanish style property and beautiful back in its prime. There is a community kitchen with 1 refrigerator. We put our unopened bar drinks in it and 2 of the 4 of them were taken. Also the “pool they say it has is at a sister property that is 1 mile away. Basically, if you want to hang out by the pool one day, it’s a mile walk.

Location was everything! The breeze from wind was nice. Overall the staff was nice and very helpful some rooms were better than others. First floor rooms are larger than second floor rooms. The price was too hard to pass! The hotel itself is beautiful on the outside and most areas inside! Definitely coming back!
