From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, special thanks to Angela. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered every amenity I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed views from my window. The hotel's location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with fresh, delicious options and attentive service. Their weekend buffet dinner served a good spread of xiao long xia, assorted seafood, meats, desserts and the list goes on. What truly set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the warm, genuine hospitality. I felt like valued guests every step of the way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting the area.

Not what I would expect from a RadissonCollection hotel, credit cards (despite having no problem on credit limit) declined, staff unaware and apologetic about inability to use Applepay for small issues. Staff Unaware of Unionpay/Apple link. Overnight ok but carrying your complimentary toiletries in the elevator to the room in a £90+ per night hotel in Shanghai????

外灘などの街の中心地からは少し離れていますが、地下鉄駅が近いので、余り問題にはなりません。 寧ろ、深夜や早朝は、街の喧騒から離れられるので、静かに落ち着いて過ごせます。 また、部屋は常に清潔で、ホテル自体もとても豪華なので、滞在するだけで、素敵な気分になれます。 加えて、すぐ近くにローソンがあるので、日用品の買い物にもとても便利です。 余談ですが、今回、誕生日に宿泊したのですが、サプライズで誕生日プレゼントを頂いてしまいました！！ 毎年，誕生日に旅行に行っているのですが、こんな嬉しいサプライズは初めてでした！！ 間違いなく、最高のホテルだと思います！！
