We had no hot water in upper bath shower room 324. When we told the front desk they acted indifferent and offered no comment. We only told them so the problem would be resolved.It was hard after a days drive to not have a hot shower. Linda Grover

Love how clean our room is! Like the breakfast. Sad about check in. I didn't feel welcome at all, I felt like me being there was an inconvenience for the staff at the front desk. I understand I can't check in early but no need to be smirking about it . I'm just weary from the travel but it's ok to wait for check in. Other hotels do that too but because I was treated with kindness I will always remember their brand. The one staff that wasn't bad was a gentleman, although he charged my card twice for incidentals . No apologies were given and they said my card was declined, but the charges actually went through. He told me what the charge would be ,and it was wrong since I pre-paid thru Expedia. Anyway I had a good night rest ..but will not return to this hotel.

This was our second time staying at Palmera Inn and Suites, and my family has a wonderful time. My 3 year old loved sleeping in the big sofa bed and swimming in the pool. She actually started crying when she realized we were leaving to go back home, lol.

Enjoyed time spent at this location, was very close to the beaches, bike rental, and restaurants. Room was very nice and the kitchen was a plus, definitely worth it. My kids enjoyed the pool it was well kept.
