Typical Aussie motel

Motel was a 25 minute walk from restaurants. Construction at the entrance was a minor hassle. Bed was very soft, not good for my back. As with so many Australian motels it was tired with cracked tiles, but still presentable. To make it easy for future guests the TV has to be turned on by the switch on the panel by the bed, then the remote is effective and even though it looks like the key needs to be stuffed into the light switch it doesn't - and makes no difference to the TV function - or anything else.

Family room in Shepparton

The room /s were quite large which was good. We were a little concerned about the stains on the sofa, so stayed away from that! The plumbing made lots of noises which were a bit alarming, and to shower you needed to climb in over the side of the spa which may have been a problem if you had younger children or less nimble adults in your family!!

The decor is a bit dated but the room was lovely and large, very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the service was great. The location was good and even though it was near a main road it was quiet. My family of 5 enjoyed our stay :-)

Very comfy large room. Friendly check-in and comfy bed. What more could you want? Pool looked very inviting but didn’t have time to try!

I wouldn't say 'unique', but this has to be one of the most spacious and well-appointed rooms in which we've stayed. The bathroom was certainly one of the largest; the two seater lounge and the individual chairs were comfortable; being able to turn of the air conditioner and TV without having to get out of bed were a bonus!

Clean and roomy

Rooms need updating. Outdated and very noisy air conditioner/heaters - took ages to heat the room properly and had to turn it off for the noise. Better pillows needed - 'flat as a tack! Better locks on door for security - 'housekeeping staff need to knock and call out before unlocking a room and entering! Plenty of room to move around.

The room was large and comfortable. It was a very reasonable price for a spa room and the bed was comfortable. It was a very cold night but we were warm as the heater worked well.

Great motel with friendly helpful staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was large, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Set back from the highway so there is minimal noise, with a lovely private pool we would highly recommend this motel. Will definitely be staying here again.

Convenient location

Very Nice place bed was a little bit hard but was made up by the very nice staff and the outdoor pool which was used in 37 degree heat, next door also is a 24 hour service station
