very convenient location, walking distance to Southern Cross Station. Room looks clean but the cold water tap broken at the sink and the TV cannot change channels. One thing I really dislike was the storage for luggages after check out was unsecured. The staff would tell you to put in a room and tell you take all the valuable because the room is unsecured and everyone can go in and out freely.

Excellent all round. We had an apartment so no breakfast. Very spacious area and TV in both lounge & bedroom although not needed. Close to all shops. Would stay there again.

The serviced apartment had a lovely combination lounge kitchen area. The linen and towels were clean Everything was provided. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. I did not use the pool. I would not hesitate to stay again. It was easy to find and I was able to park in front of the apartment. ...
