"The stay for 7D6N is ok cos is really near shilin night market. But the room quite small for our family of 4. The pillow is super thin and we asked for more pillow they wanna charge us. The pillow is thin until very hard to sleep so they really should change to a better quality pillow if they dun wanna provide extra pillows. Overall still not that bad and customer services is consider fast and responsive. "

"This place is advertised as a hotel but it is NOT. It is just two level apartments with several rooms. The worst part is they do not have any employee or service desk on site, even though they said someone will be available 3:30-7:30 pm that’s not true. The customer service is horrible they do not pick up calls and don’t respond to message in time. "
