“The doorknobs are ridiculous. Full stop! Not only did I have issues with trying to get in, so did other guests. I refuse to ever stay again for that alone. The heater/ac unit remote stopped working, the stove didn’t work, there’s no door or curtain on the shower so water goes everywhere, bed was hard and lumpy, duvet was too small…. It was very clean, though, and centrally located, I felt safe, the building was clean and decent once inside but the exterior isn’t great. Maybe my room was bad,……

“The wood floor is giving out, so much so that walking over it you thought you may have gone through the floor. HVAC unit in 2 bedrooms but nowhere else in apartment, resulting in a hot third bedroom and rest of apartment. We were surprised once we arrived to see earplugs left on our towels, as the nightclub the level below plays loud music until 4:00am. Renter should have disclosed this in the listing. Completely unacceptable, and was very dishonest not to disclose that in the online……

“The VRBO was a home away from home. Clean, fresh towels and welcoming food staples stocked the kitchen. The VRBO is in the hub of convenience and all within an easy walk: Supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and gelato stores. Elevator was useful and appreciated for returning from those long, full day excursions. We will be back and thank you for a most wonderful stay!”
