"If you are looking for 5-star accomodations within a stone's throw of one of the less crowded entrances to the Pompeii ruins, Hotel Forum is the perfect stay! Comfortable, well fitted rooms. Nice breakfast. Very centrally located. We loved that Hotel Forum has many restaurants nearby and one on site. This is a busy area and there was construction going on while we were there which made it feel a bit more hectic, but the fact that the hotel has its own garden area makes you feel like you're transported away from the hustle and bustle once you go through the entry."

"During my visit, I found the experience to be highly satisfactory. After inadvertently passing our intended bus stop, we attempted to secure an Uber; however, none were available in the area. While seeking alternative transportation to the hotel, a local gentleman graciously offered us a ride and declined any compensation for his assistance. His concern for our situation, recognizing we were tourists, was notable. Additionally, several women at the bus stop guided us on navigating the bus system and provided helpful advice regarding the app. The hotel itself was clean and exuded a welcoming, family-oriented environment. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Although it was too cold to use the pool, its appearance—particularly when illuminated at night—was very appealing. The staff's English proficiency was limited, but they demonstrated exceptional willingness to communicate and assist until all our needs were met. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, despite the hotel's distance from central locations. Its proximity—just 12 miles from Castel del Monte—and convenient train access to Sorrento ensured reliable and affordable transportation options. A nearby store provided convenient access to essential items such as water, fresh coffee, espresso, and beer, etc. The attendant was kind and communicated effectively in English. Overall, my experience in this town was highly satisfactory. "

"Hotel property is located adjacent to Pompei Ruins, and a the Circumvesuviana train, which is a commuter train that runs from Sorrento to Naples including the hotel stop, Pompei Scavi. Tickets to Mt Vesuvius with transportation, can be purchased just outside the train station near hotel. Hotel offered free breakfast at a small cafe adjacent to hotel every morning. There are not many options to eat dinner late in the evening that are in walking distance, and their are zero activities after dark, the area is sort of "dead" after dark. If you want peace and quiet, except for the train passing thru, then stay here, otherwise, find a place in Sorrento, which has more nightlife to offer."

"Staying on the coast at Miramare feels like being in a boat at sea… except you hear the waves instead of feeling them. We love our getaways here as the location is walkable to everything along the beach boardwalk, the staff is kind and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, lovely reception/bar are and fantastic pool facing the sea! Excellent location for visiting Capri, Pompeii, Sorrento, Naples amd the Amalfi Coast .. or enjoy the local vibes in an authentic, less touristic town!"
