“Outstanding location for sight-seeing and shopping between Highlands,NC and Dillard,Clayton GA. House was well appointed, provided everything for our needs and great for privacy for 2 adult couples. “Everything about the cottage we stayed in was perfect. There's not a detail that wasn't planned. We got on the road later than anticipated and Frank was kind and accommodated our late arrival. He gave us a tour of our cabin and educated us on how everything worked. Before he left he gave awesome recommendations on dinner! We ate at the universal joint which was delicious. “What a gem this hotel was. It was a bit of a lucky find but glad we found it. Rooms were modern but had a rustic vibe. Room was also very spacious with a lot of room to move about. Very nice porch as well with a lovely babbling brook right outside the door. The only drawback was the 2 skylights that let in dawns light at 6am every morning, hence the 3 stars on comfort. We got used to it but it would be nice to have something set up to shade the light. We also liked easy access to extra towels...
