“房间不大，隔音不好，隔壁说话声传过来很清晰，空调声音极大，烦人。最差的是早餐，只有一种面包和果汁，外加普通咖啡和香蕉，别无选择，糟透了。”

“We only stayed for one night and it was a basic hotel stay. Check in was quick and easy, my room was clean and the air got cold. Got a great night sleep then left early the next morning. It was a basic hotel room. Nothing fancy or frilly, but I paid a basic price for a standard room. As long as it’s clean and serves the purpose, I’m happy. I’d definitely stay again if passing through the area.”

Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. ”

“I had knee replacement surgery 5 weeks ago. The lovely gal who runs the hotel during the day unilaterally offered to help me get my luggage to the room on the second floor. She is an outstanding asset to the property Znd it’s owners!”

“Easy access to rooms. Extremely clean. Well maintained. Very accommodating staff.”

“It was beautiful, the staff was super sweet. Make sure to ask about steps..some rooms do not.”

“Staff was very nice and helpful. Stay was not what I expected for the price. Commode lid was extremely loose, chair cushion was very sticky so, I turned the cushion over to the other side and it was filthy with gobs of hair etc. I had to put a pillowcase on the cushion to sit in the chair. The water valve in the bathroom sink was missing the handle that changes water from hot to cold was missing. Items were reported upon checkout so, hopefully the next guest won’t have those problems.”

“Stayed in the cottage room. Really small bathroom. The screened in porch, advertised as an upgrade to this room, and the reason we booked this room, was filthy and filled with hardware and cleaning supplies. Completely cluttered and, dirty and unusable. Breakfast was served and was not good. Eggs and fruit were edible, the rest was not. Overall place was dirty and not worth the roughly $170 we paid to stay there. Wanted to like this place, and thought it would be charming based on the……

“Really enjoyed our stay. Frenchie was very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to converse with. Rooms are clean, staff are polite and friendly. We will stay there again when we come back to Franklin.”

“The rooms are clean and comfy, the lobby is gorgeous, the coffee shop is legit. Nightly smores around the fire pit, right on the lake, can walk to the water park of inflatable slides on the lake.”
