"Apartament was clean and nice. There is only one window facing closed patio, so there is no light coming in. No problem for us since we spent all our time on the beaches and in town. Owner responded quick for our questions and minor issues. We've been charge by mistake 2 times of last payment and I hope this will be resolved soon. I will make an update about it."

"The apartments are exactly as pictured. Close to the beach, although the beach here is quite small (more fishing boats and docking around), and can get busy/not so calm since it’s in the center of the town. Definitely easy to get to anywhere in Playa del Carmen and do tours, dine out and shop. "This is a tough one for me. I like to be completely honest to help others that stay here but I don't want to hurt the owners. Well let's start with the positives..the space is nice and big which is great. It is literally a few steps away from the sand. The rooftop is amazing and spacious although it was closed 3 of the days we stayed for maitenance. There was hardly anyone there so no one was really on the rooftop or the other pool. "Location is fun, and close to the beach. Greatly enjoyed having a deck on the ocean. The condo is well equipped!! Beach chairs, snorkel gear, tons of towels, speakers, coolers, hammock, ice machine, kitchen necessities, etc. Staff also allowed us to do a last minute check in, very accommodating.
