Welcome to Seascape by IRIS PROPERTIES!

Seascape is a beautiful oceanfront vacation property located just 10 minute walk from downtown Sooke with many bakeries, shops, and natural attractions. Sooke is the gateway to the rugged west coast with incredible beaches, hiking, surfing, and so much more in the area.

Please take special note that the property is comprised of 5 different rental units spread across the property. Some of the units share walls so please be courteous of your neighbours.

Communal areas of the property include the private dock, beach access (on low tide), and the front grassy area and deck overlooking the ocean. Each of the units also has it's own private sitting and outdoor areas. There is also a shared/communal laundry facility on site to be used between the hours of 9 AM-7PM.

We rent to family groups, couples, and visitors from around the globe. We do not cater to any party groups whatsoever. This is a tranquil and quiet area, and we like to rent to groups looking to enjoy the peaceful environment offered in beautiful Sooke.

This 1 bedroom suite is ideal for couples looking for a quiet place to unwind and relax. Walk the beautiful gardens and grounds as you make your way out on the property's 200 ft private boardwalk to take in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Walking distance to Sooke village and all the amenities you need to make your vacation at the Seascape Suite one to remember!

Super disappointed that there was no coffee machine in my unit. One does not expect to have to travel with coffee beans, in order to use a grinder to use a French Press! The window in the entrance door is missing its blind or curtain? This looks directly into the bedroom and entrance to the bathroom. Also no dish cloths. I was given the access code to the supply room but there was nothing there that helped.

Not a bad place. Very noisy, alot of traffic noise. Our first room didn't have everything listed on website. No stove just a table top burner. Very little for kitchen equipment. The dock and view is amazing though. All in all for the price I wouldn't go back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and modern. The bed was nice and firm which we like. The property itself is clean and has a dock down to the ocean. There is an upper deck overlooking the water to enjoy your coffee from.The property was centrally located to walk to restaurants and town. Great place to stay!

Extremely clean and comfortable. Very lovely decor. Quiet except for road noise at night as close to the highway. Easy to contact management. As it is early season we assume that is the reason for no deck furniture but itmwpuld have been appreciated.

Great Stay!
We stayed for 4 nights. The place was clean and tidy. They had all the amenities. The bed was comfortable. Location was easy to find coming from Victoria. A little harder to see coming from the opposite direction until we had been out and about a few times. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely clean well equipped unit. A little difficult to find the first time. There are 2 white lantern light fixtures on the posts at the entrance. One enters and exits the property onto a busy road which can be a challenge. I found it best to either go to the roundabout in the village when wanting to enter or when wanting to go left, turn right and then turn left at the first set of traffic lights by the museum and turn around there.
