“My partner and I stayed here with our dog and had an amazing time exploring the property, going down to the river, and hanging with Richie, the dog that lives on the property! I think Richie deserves a special shout-out… he led us to the river, hung out with us on the porch, and was just the cutest and most incredible little adventure buddy. For any rockhounds out there, this is the perfect place to find agates and chalcedony… either down on the San Juan river or 20 minutes over at Wolf Creek……

“Our group of eight (4 adults and 4 teens) and two dogs stayed at the house in January. It was a very comfortable house with a well stocked kitchen and a great location. It was an easy drive into town and a reasonable drive up to Wolf Creek. There are beautiful views and lots of comfortable places to hang out and play board games. I would definitely come back!!”

“Very nice setting and location. descent sized rooms. furniture is a little warn and uncomfortable. We had no hot water the first night but the local folks worked hard to get it fixed asap. They also came right away to fix a faucet that broke. Kitchen was pretty well stocked but some stuff needs replacing i.e. hot pads, towels, Knives, etc. Plenty of blankets, firewood and propane along with plenty enough kitchen and bathroom supplies for a few days. “The place was roomy and accommodating. We had 4 guys, so it was nice not to have to share beds and to be able to spread out the snorers.
