What a great location ...right in the heart of this beautiful little town...clean spacious upgraded rooms a great stay.....definitely recommend....and a lunch or dinner at Eddingtons restaurant is a shining experience with phenomenal staff and some of the best food I've ever tasted

Room very clean Beds very comfortable. Self checkin with door code emailed to me. Like the small kitchen area with small fridge and freezer Washroom small yet works well, soaps and shampoos provided. Only thing I want to mention, went out front door for meal and some shopping and could not get back in thru front door. Not a huge thing but had to go around block to access back door to get in to room, unless I missed something. Nice upgrades to rooms as we have been staying there for past 15 years when visiting family.

Great value! Room was nice, clean. Little kitchen area was nice and loved the coffee bar in the morning. Would stay here again! Quick to get to either Grand Bend or Stratford.

Cleanliness could be better - floors were dirty and there were bits of other guests hairs in the shower. Bathroom mirror was wonderful, there’s really nowhere to put your stuff down in the bathroom so keep that in mind with hair tools etc. Staff was friendly, coffee station was a bonus! All in all, it was okay!

This hotel is very unique. The windows open up to an inside corridor, so no outside windows, which was weird at first. The room was clean and decorated nicely. Had a small kitchenette and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well but was noisy. It is a self check-in, but the cleaning staff was very friendly. Communication through text messaging, with all the information needed for check in, was accurate and easy to follow. The price was very good, cute small town, and close to Grand Bend and Bayfield for day trips.

Its a pretty decent place for a short-term stay. Conveniently located on the main street of the town, walkable to most restaurants and just a short drive to everything else. Short drive to Stratford as well as the west coast of Ontario. Room was just as pictured. Pretty neat and clean. Room was quiet, however noisy neighbour could be everywhere, which is not the fault of the management at all. Ample amount of kitchenware, cutleries were provided. We requested for extra set of pillows for our kid and those were provided promptly. Housekeeping is decent and management makes all effort to keep the common area neat all the time. A microwave and a coffee/tea maker on the lobby was just enough for our use. I had a satisfactory stay and if you are looking for a budget stay near Grand Bend or in South Huron, look no further.

Had such a wonderful stay. Stayed one night as the Ram Rodeo was in town and The Ranchhouse Inn was excellent. I was able to call in and request an earlier check-in and check-in itself was super easy as it is self check-in. The room itself and bathroom were clean and stocked with towels and toilet paper. The beds were clean and comfortable. Honestly great place to stay and great value. I can definitely see myself coming back again :)

I spent 3 nights here at the Ranch house inn and the staff/owners were responsive to requests. The pictures are accurate and I believe it reflects a relatively recent remodelling. Internet was fast and there was a common area with Keurig type coffee/amenities. There is ample parking in the back. Since I used this as a staging ground for my weekend at the Grand Bend Motorplex, I appreciate how convenient exeter is. There was a dollarama down the street and restaurant options close by. If you are noise/light sensitive; I do recommend bringing earplugs / nightmask as there was some noise/light intrusion into the rooms. Otherwise, I would come back for future days.
