Comfortable relaxing stay for a ski-trip - well recommended for groups!

Property has a lot of space, was incredibly comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen, and a property manager that was very easy to contact. Location is super close to major ski-resorts. Will stay again!

Tahoe Thanksgiving visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location with close proximity to stores and attraction with 15-30 min drive. Kitchen was very well stocked for a party of 12. Bedroom were quite spacious with comfortable beds. Overall really enjoyed our stay and there was no issues

Great Vacation Home

We had a great week at the Tahoe vacation home. In particular, the common space (living room, dining room and kitchen) on the main floor was wonderful and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped. We liked the fenced yard that was great for my daughter's small dog. Erik was responsive and the check-in process was seamless. Thank you!

2nd Annual Family Weekend

I love staying at this home. The rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous!! We enjoy every room in the house especially how dog friendly it is. They love the back yard and the freedom they have to roam the main floor. We will definitely make this our home of choice for our next family weekend in 2024!! Tahoe Weekend in August

Everyone loved the place. We enjoyed playing games in backyard, sitting in the hot tub, and shooting a few rounds of pool. The size of the kitchen made it easy for a number of people to work together on meals. Distance to the nearest grocery store was perfect as well as traveling to attractions nearby at the lake. All enjoyed the sleeping accommodations and the comfortable to places to lounge and relax

Woderful house, wonderful experience

We had a long overdue family reunion. with 8 adults and 3 kids, there was more than enough room for everyone. House is larger than it appears online. It was clean and well stocked. Beautiful back yard and lovely neighborhood for a nice walk. Really beautiful and quiet. We were thrilled to see a bear Sunday morning, walking down the street right in front of the house! Thank you Erik for making sure everything was perfect!

Fantastic Tahoe South Shore Getaway

This home is the perfect family and pet friendly getaway. Just a short drive to casinos and Heavenly ski resort but far enough away for peace and tranquility. The home is tucked in a quiet neighborhood, great for walking. Spacious multi-level home with two master suites, radiant heat floors. Plenty of space for everyone to collect and enjoy together time but also big enough for everyone to have their own space. Easy parking for 4 cars, well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, supplies, and appliances. Erik was a great host, excellent communication. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Summer in Lake Tahoe

We were able to stay in this beautiful home and were just about 10-15 minutes away from Heavenly and all our activities. Management, Erik, was very responsive and even gave suggestions on where to rent a boat for our summer trip. We had all the necessities we needed for our stay. The teens and adults enjoyed the pool table and backyard as we set up cornhole. We also enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen overlooking the backyard. The neighborhood was very peaceful. 100% recommend.

Family Get Together

Great house for large group of 8 adults and 4 kids. Superb large kitchen as well stocked with appliances of any home we've ever stayed in. Lacking some other amenities such as napkins, dish clothes, and only minimal dish towels and paper towels. Very comfortable furniture. Sadly the upstairs master bedroom bed is well past it's replace date. Huge back yard for kids to play in and a nice large hot tub.

Great getaway

We stayed here in August. Great family home, room for everyone! The house had everything we needed. Pool table for the kids, huge spacious kitchen, 2 living rooms and 2 outside sitting areas. You can definitely bring a big family and not feel like your on top of each other. The neighborhood was great, perfect for riding bikes. We did see 2 bears so taking a walk at night is a no no but it was soo exciting to see a mama bear with her 2 cubs. Erik was very responsive and check in/out was super easy. We would definitely be back. Thank you so much for having us!

Wedding weekend

Very nice. A bit outdated but served us well. The bed in the upstairs master was not comfortable sagging no support. The hot tub top was super heavy needs to be replaced. The outdoor front lights were not working. Not sure if it’s bulbs or the fixture. The place had plenty of room. The kitchen area was very nice

Family Reunion

Our stay here was wonderful! The ease of check-in and check-out, and the detailed instructions for all house rules made everything clear and easy to understand. The house was beautiful, the kitchen well stocked, and the home was comfortable and welcoming for our family group. Erik was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions our group had. He was friendly and courteous and was always easy to contact. Our family enjoyed sharing meals prepared together in the spacious kitchen, the large kitchen table provided seating for all to enjoy meals and games together. There was a well stocked game cabinet, pool table and hot tub was loved by our 25-35 yr olds in the group. There were no bedrooms on the main level which was difficult for our Mother/Grandmother with limited mobility, but the stairs were not a problem for the rest of the group. The home has 4 levels so there was plenty of space to spread out. Our family loved this home, it was well stocked, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with our family!

Erik Saved Our Vacation

We stayed in this house last year but booked a different house this year because this house wasnt available at the time of booking. The house we originally booked falsely advertised a fenced yard which left us stressed and frustrated when we arrived with our 2 hyper huskies. It was also a dump. I immediately tried to see what else was available for our large group on vrbo but the app was not working. I thought I'd take a shot in the dark and reached out to Erik to see if he had any other properties available. Luckily, this house had a cancellation and was available the same day we arrived in Tahoe. Erik called the cleaners and we were back in this amazing house by that night. My entire family was relieved and our dogs were so happy. This house is so spacious and clean and everything works! It has plenty of towels and soap, shampoo, etc. You name it. It has everything you need and in a great location. It was just as we remembered it last year....awesome. I cannot put into words how accommodating and helpful Erik is. He literally saved our vacation.

Family Retreat

We spent almost a week in this house with family ranging from 10 years old to 80 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had a great time. Check In was easy, and the house was as advertised. Erik was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We used a lot of the amenities, including the pool table and hot tub - no complaints! The washer and dryer worked perfectly - a big plus when you have a big group. The only caveat we have, which is not the responsibility of the property manager, is that the next door neighbor took up a lot of space with their large vehicles and toys. There were constantly large trucks, boats, etc. parked just beyond the property's driveway entrance, which made it difficult to see and unsafe when entering or exiting. There were also times when their vehicles parked out into the road, resulting in one lane only. Parking space was not a problem, as there is plenty on the property - it was just the safety issue created by the neighbor. Again - this is something that is not in Erik's control, but rather a heads-up when you do stay. It's possible that they were renters as well, so it could have been a one off situation. Other than that, we are very pleased and would consider renting the property again in the future. Thank you Erik and team!
