I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head.
It has been 3 days and I’ve not received a refund.

Centrally located. Bourbon Steak house restaurant was terrific. Staff at the restaurant were very attentive. We did experience an unusual long wait at check-in, but desk staff were very helpful. I only wish attention to our room for service would have been better. But overall very friendly staff. Comfortable room, with great views.

The property is so beautiful and very clean inside! Valet parking was very fast and staff from valet were very friendly! Big rooms! Big bathroom! We had the 2 bedroom suite ❤️ we will definitely reconsider this place!

Room, service, and amenities were fine, but the bed was extremely bad. All of us could not sleep well. My back hurts a lots and AC were so loud and made my throat so dry, so I barely slept both nights. We had extra day for offer but I just couldn't wait to go home to sleep.
