You can rent our beautiful Timeshare Studio in the Marriott Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe at a fraction of the regular cost.

You can't get any closer to the Gondola than this, and have a beautiful studio with all the amenities you could ask for. And everything is within walking distance! There are many shops, restaurants, a theater, casinos, live shows, visitor center, gondola, hiking trails, etc. You can be on the slopes, hiking on a trail, or at the beach without ever getting in your car.

Our condo has a full kitchen, full bath, Queen bed, dining table, security safe, fast wireless internet, widescreen TV and DVD.

Valet Parking is only $10 / day for one car ($25 off the normal rate). And free washer & dryer use down the hallway. There is also a large Fitness room, Sauna, Steam room, and Spa. Please note, there is no cleaning or linen service provided during your stay.

You can't beat the accommodations, location, and amenities of this beautiful resort!

The unit is strictly limited to 2 adults maximum.

This will surely be one of your most enjoyable vacations!

Perfect location in South Lake Tahoe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants in the area as well as markets. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped. The only criticism is that for us, the bed was a little soft. Very impressed with Marriott Grand Residence!

Anniversary stay

Our preference for stays has always been Marriott properties so this was very much inline with our expectations. We have been coming to Lake Tahoe for many years. This property placed us where we wanted to be, parking price and location.

South Lake Tahoe

Excellent location. Nice room, perfect for two, that had everything we needed, including laundry down the hall. Plenty to do here, from shopping to eating, we even went to the movies one night. All within walking distance. Must try Great American cookies right down stairs. We stopped in three different times.

We had a great time.

The room was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking. The laundry is down the hall and we had no balcony which wasn't super clear in the room details. The staff was nice. The Marriott hosts daily activities by the pool. One morning they did Mimosas and doughnuts by the pool which was our favorite. The Serenity Spa is right off the pool area too which was great as well. Overall a great, relaxing vacation.

Great location in the heart of South Lake Tahoe

Nice studio in a great location. I thought the condo had a balcony so was a little disappointed about that. (My mistake though-it looks like they all have balconies but not stated anywhere) It has a great view of the pool which is nice since the complex is right on the main road. The location is perfect to enjoy the town of South Lake Tahoe and all the amenities at the Marriott! The studio is very quiet with a nice kitchen. Did not have any need to reach out to the owner but checkin and check out were flawless. Thank you for sharing your property!!

Very enjoyable stay

My wife and I spend a week every year vacationing in Lake Tahoe. This was our first time staying here and we were very happy with our experience. The room was quiet and very clean. It was nice having a full kitchen to utilize. Location was perfect being right in the middle of everything we wanted to do such as restaurants and shopping. We would love to stay here again next year!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of S Lake Tahoe

I was very nervous staying in S Lake Tahoe due to recent fires, but the sky’s cleared and it was a wonderful vacation. Hotel reopened the day we arrived. Only thing that wasn’t available was the fitness center, due to a water leak. I was able to use the fitness center at Timber Lodge across the courtyard. The room was perfect for a couple, close to food and nightly entertainment. Will definitely come back!

Great room!

This room is exactly as advertised. It’s at the very end of the hall next to the elevator that takes you right to the heart of the village and to the pool so it was very convenient. I will definitely book this room again!
