"Overall a good hotel for our overnight stay, staff attentive, two sets of steep stairs to get up to the bedrooms, (Maybe a problem for some) bedrooms clean & well equipped, shower ok but not a power shower and no grab rails which are needed.
Good breakfast choices with well cooked using quality ingrediencies. "

"After the warm welcome, we were shown to our room and all the room facilities were explained properly. The property has so much fascinating history and the current owners have gone thru great lengths to keep it all in the best conditions. We loved the breakfast with a great choice. No one is leaving here hungry! "

"Myself and two friends stayed here as we were watching a concert in Leeds city centre. Location is fine and really easy to get a taxi into the city. Really quiet area. Ron is a great host and the rooms were fine. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Leeds as the price is great. "

"Paul and Sophie were absolutely wonderful!
The room was charming, comfortable, quiet, and close to our event.
And the made-to-order breakfasts were fantastic. A great start to the day.
Our best 'B and B' experience on Expedia by far!"

"I booked this property 6 months before my trip and Ivana the owner host was responsive to messages and helpful answering my questions. I never received checking in info so i contacted the seller via the app and the phone number given. No reply and no return calls. I turned up to the property on the day of booked arrival and found the apartment is above a business. I spoke to the kady called Ivana that worked there but she didnt know about my booking. She confirmed she owned the apartments but...

"Excellent. I have stayed in several Manchester hotels over the years and this has been the best. Parking is easy, check in was seamless. Room was absolutely stunning, spotless and comfortable. Can’t imagine I would stay anywhere else now when I am in Manchester. "
Radisson Hotel Manchester City Centre, A Verified Net Zero Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The bedroom was clean, modern and as one would expect in a 4* hotel.
Breakfast wasn't icluded and a little pricey at £22.00. The dinner menu was limited and not a good choice of pizzas, the one I ordered was fairly uninspiring.
Spa and gym facilities were excellent and the gym was very well equiped for a hotel due to it being open to non residents.
Mini bar was empty which required a trip down to the bar early hours of the morning for a bottle of water as the room service number was unanswered and despite the hotel offering 24 hour room service a bottle of water could not be had as the bar was closed.
Despite these minor things it was a great stay and wuld highly recommend it."
"The staff at reception were lovely and welcoming, our room was lovely, very clean, lovely comfortable bed and all the amenities needed in a room. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
