The Casa Spadolino Torre is located in the historic center of Spello in Via Giulia 99. it is an ancient medieval house with access via stairs leading to the first floor where there is a living room and kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, oven, four burners, fridge, sink. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, (two doubles and a study with a double sofa bed) flat screen TV, a washing machine and 2 bathrooms (one inside a room) with bidet. A last flight of stairs and we arrive at the splendid 360 ° panoramic terrace with motorized awning, chairs, tables and two deckchairs. Assisi is 13 km from Casa Spadolino, while Perugia is 32 km away. The nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport, 11.2 miles from the property.
