The hotel room was nice in general but the pool bar could be better with service. We had one guy be rude to us and had to wait a long time for drinks. The hotel staff was very friendly so I guess it wasn’t too bad.

It was just okay. Not something I will really look into booking again unless it's an amazing deal I can't pass up. Neither bed had fitted sheets, just loose sheets. There's no minifridge. Our toilet paper roll holder was broken on the ground when we got to our room. The curtain rod had plastic that was twisted so it wouldn't close completely. The water pressure is crazy low, and the door/walls are thin. We were a few doors down from the hotel's main entrance and heard people coming and going all night. The pool was disappointing.
I didn't notice a smoke smell in the room, so that was good. The employees were all nice.
It felt fairly safe. The AC worked well. The TV size was decent. The breakfast was well priced.

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, beautiful and felt like a princess. Paid for the presidential club access but not sure it was worth it. No snacks as they claimed except cheese sticks. Breakfast carry option was great but if you advertise this you should at least have milk for the cereal."
