“The charm of the old farmhouse was great. We enjoyed the house and it has modern conveniences. The animals were friendly. Only stayed two nights but I could see staying here a week or more. Close enough to Bardstown and away from any city traffic. Very comfortable.”

“It is with a heavy heart that we are leaving this pool house. My husband and I had a fantastic week. Valerie and Jim were welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. The pool was warm and inviting each afternoon. We visited Churchill Downs one day and a couple distilleries the other days. We were back in the pool for each afternoon. It was a relaxing week. The scenery was gorgeous. We felt like we were far away from civilization yet we were only a couple miles from restaurants, grocery...

“Very nice cabin with everything you might need. Great location near several distilleries especially close to Makers Mark. ”

“We loved our stay! Very clean cottage, beautifully decorated. Very peaceful with only the sounds of the birds and nature. Nothing was left out for an enjoyable visit. Wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again. The Host was wonderful and very responsive. ”

“Beautiful home with plenty of space to move around. All modern and new appliances you might need to use plus utensils to go along with them. Bathrooms very clean and roomy. The host was helpful and responded quickly to questions. Bardstown downtown is a 2 minute drive away. ”
