"One day before my family's planned arrival, I received a call from the operator's husband to say there was no hot water and he wanted to give me the opportunity to book an alternative stay. I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event.
It was late to book elsewhere so initially my family agreed to go regardless but as no further communication was forthcoming despite several attempts I booked elsewhere. Despite Consumer protection laws clearly establishing that accommodations...

"We had one night here. Before we arrived we received an email from the hotel giving us good direction how to get there. When we arrived we were pleased to see that you get allocated a particular car park spot which is yours for your stay which was brilliant. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and showed us to our room which was clean and bright. Lovely touch if a bottle of water, biscuits, coffee machine and toiletries. We weee given a breakfast menu which we were requested to complete what we would like and pass to bar staff before 9pm. When we came down to breakfast it was already being prepared and was lovely hot and fresh. Our only negative was that the bed was really squeaky so every time I turned over or moved in bed it was quite loud but if that’s the only negative then it’s not bad. We would most definitely stay here again if in the area. The staff were very friendly. Thankyou for a pleasant stay. "
"We had a lovely stay here, perfectly placed for visiting the town of Bridgnorth, close to oubs, restaurant's, takeaways and shops. Its a lovely cosy place to stay. I will definetely return! "
