Smoking is not allowed inside or outside at the property at any time. Quiet-hours 10 p.m.ā€“8 a.m. per county ordinance. Partying, events, or loud noises are not allowed any time. Guests are required to sign an additional rental agreement with owners after booking. Security cameras are present on property in front yard and back yard. For stays of 21 days or more, professional cleaning is required once every two weeks, and will be added to reservation total. Pool heat requires an additional $25/day, or $150/week charge. Must be booked in advance of your stay. Recommended Nov-April.

We had a wonderful time, location of house was close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Less than 10 mins for beaches! Property was clean, safe, and a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out process and the owner was so quick to respond to messages. Would love to come back!
