Welcome to the Shell Suite! Equipped with smart TVs in every room, whole building water purification system and high speed internet, this suite boasts 2 queen size bedrooms, One bathroom with a tub/shower and a full kitchen, stocked with supplies, this suite also has a private full sized washer and dryer. A large balcony grants direct views or the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the pool and hot tub area. The Shell Suite has an exterior staircase providing direct access to the pool area, leading directly to the beach by way of the hot tub.
Ample parking on site, including a garage space. Located across the street from the best restaurant in town, Salt Rock Grill. Steps away from Indian Shores Coffee Shop. There is also a Sunday market during season, directly across the street at Town Hall. Town Hall also offers free tennis courts, a children s park on the water and a library, all literally across the street!

The pool and hot tub are open, hot tub is on a set timer to ensure it cycles properly and water doesn't evaporate. We ask that equipment is not touched during your stay. It turns on at 6pm until 10pm, no children under 12 allowed in hot tub, no exeptions. Keep glass away from pool area.

And just on a personal note, I pride myself on offering a rental that cleans WAY above and beyond our competition. I learned bedspreads are only mandated to be laundered twice a year. Did you just fall out of your chair? Grossest thing Ive ever heard. We wash ours each time. EACH TIME. Yes. You re welcome. So snuggle up with confidence, my friends.

Annual girls trip.

My mom, sister and I came back this year for our annual girls trip. We love the location! Views are breathtaking and access to great restaurants super close. Dockside Dave’s is a fave. We will be back!

Overall Great Getaway

The property was in a perfect location, conveniently located on the strip with trolley ride access and a sweet local coffee shop right across the street! The beach was amazing, (not to busy). However, it could use a few minor things.

What a cute, cute place!! Great location, steps from the beach! Our unit was very clean and the pool area is a wonderful place to hang out after a long day on the beach. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Perfect retreat

Clean, quiet, beautiful location . Walking distance to cafe and restaurant and trolley service. We look forward to returning next year. Not a fan of hostess fees with Vrbo.

The Shell Suite is a fabulous condo right on the beach. Seriously, we could walk out the back door, down the steps, a few steps past the pool and right on to the sandy beach. The location is perfect for a family to enjoy a beach vacation at a beautiful beach. The beach itself is just 20 minutes south of the famous Clearwater beach and just as nice with none of the crowd. And the sunsets are incredible.

This property is in the most amazing location! We used for a reunion with our Mother and three sisters. We had the best time. Beds are comfortable and the place was clean. When we arrived we were in awe of the view of the pool and beach! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so so much!

Great place!

We had a great time. Short distance to the gulf. Nice pool and hot tub. Great coffee shop across the street and couple of restaurants close by. Lockbox to get keys can be a little tricky. But nothing to keep us from coming back. Condo was fully stocked and very nice. We will be back!!

We have stayed at this gem three years in a row. It keeps getting better. The management has recently replaced and upgraded a few things. I highly recommend this property. You can’t beat the view and the privacy! Will be back next year, Lord willing.

Girls trip

Enjoyed our stay. Beach access is awesome!! Pool is great!! Only complaint was that the mosquitoes were awful! You could not be outdoors after dusk without being bombarded by them. Even trying to swim at night any part of you not in the water would be attacked by mosquitoes and I’m not I to usually be bothered by them

Exceptional view

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The view was breathtaking, and the convenience of being so close to the beach…. They had a wonderful deck/Pool and hot tub. The check-in process was a little cumbersome an awkward. I didn’t like the fact that they were still using Keys. That is a safety concern. Also, someone needs to check and organize the kitchen supplies, we did not have a toaster. Overall, it was still an enjoyable stay.

Overall it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in the common areas, and the kitchen was in good working condition. The water in the bathroom sink should be looked at as well as the shock hazard outside by the sliding door. The hanging plug and wires were scary. There was also yellow tape around the side rails of the balcony, didn’t seem safe, but we didn’t plan on hanging off it, so that’s fine. An overhead fan outside with a light would be GREAT. Thanks for the great stay and even with everything mentioned, I’m not opposed staying here again.

Family/friends summer vacation

This place was a hidden gem! It was our first time staying here and in the area. It was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed in the shell suite and our friends stayed in the one next door. The water pressure in the bathroom was almost non existent and the pool/hot tub wasn’t working at one point and when we texted the owner, their response was immediate and they sent someone to fix the pool and acknowledged the faucet. It was very clean. The washer and dryer were right outside in the hallway and very convenient. The location couldn’t be beat. We were directly on the beach and the kids had an absolute blast going from beach to pool all day. It was walkable to a coffee shop, restaurants, and a nature walk. Very safe area. Downsides- The patio furniture on our side was meh. There was only one chair for the high top table and a 2 seater tiny couch. There light on the deck was also broken. The pool was quite dirty. We were told the pool company came 2 days per week, but probably could’ve used it more often during peak season or left a pool vacuum of some sort so we could’ve cleaned it ourselves. Even so, we are very excited to book again next year! It was perfect for what we needed and will absolutely be back!

Can't Beat The Location!

This is our go-to place for a stay-cation! There are very few small condos with a pool/hot tub, right on the beach with a short distance to the water, and a deck to overlook the beach. Most of our West Coast Florida beaches have high rise condos or multi-million dollar homes, so we are grateful to have this little condo building that takes us back to our childhood memories on Indian Shores Beach. With only 4 units in the building, you really feel like you have the place to yourself. The decks off the 2nd and 3rd floors overlooking the beach are excellent spots for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. We got to meet the owner and his daughter (who the place is named after) on our last day when they were bringing in new pool lounge chairs and are excited to hear about some of the updates they are planning for the property. I can't imagine the cost and struggle to upkeep a place like this with all the saltwater in it's backyard and the added luxury of bringing your pets with you. The units have some minor wear and tear but nothing worth distracting you from the sunsets and hopefully those things will be fixed soon. The management is very responsive and always pleasant to correspond with. If you are looking for a semi-private stay right on the beach, near several great restaurants within walking distance (or a very short drive), then this is your place! Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven!

Beautiful sunsets!

We were at Casa Gia for six weeks. If you are looking for on the Gulf of Mexico,beautiful sunsets, immediate access to the beach , a pool, an outstanding property manager ……this is your place. We loved the very short walk down about 8 steps from our deck and immediately we were on the beach. We loved the beach. It is wide , easy to walk or run on and very easy to navigate on a bike. We also LOVED the restaurant across the street, Salt Rock Grille, and walked over at least twice a week for dinner. Just a few steps the other direction was the Indian Shores Coffee House. It had great coffee, homemade muffins , and breakfast sandwiches. Other restaurants were close by so eating out was very convenient. The unit itself was in need of several updates, painting the entire unit a light color would improve it immensely. The bathroom needed a new faucet and that was taken care of quickly. The table was shaky and only 3 chairs were available. However, there were stools at the counter top. I loved having a Keurig in the unit and the appliances were up to date. The washer & dryer for our unit was in the hallway but was easily accessible and worked very well. Hilda was the property manager and if I could give her 10 stars I would……she was awesome. She came to check on the faucet immediately, helped us with the Smart tv, and called or texted throughout our six week stay to check on us! We loved Indian Shores and so much of that was due to the convenience of our location and Hilda!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, modern and the AC was coooooold. But the location was the shining star! Loved the pool area and was steps from the beach. The steps directly to the pool area were very nice and convenient and set this place apart from the other condos in the building. We would stay here again for sure!

Third time at this condo and it remains our favorite! Beautiful location with low crowds from surrounding condos leaving the beach uncrowded. Beautiful pool/spa area with ample seating. Amazing views and sunsets from the covered balcony.
